طراحي و تدوين مدل حسابرسي عملكرد مديران اجرايي بانك هاي دولتي

Design and Compilation of the Audit Model of Performance of Executive Directors of Public Banks

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي مدل حسابرسي عملكرد مديران اجرايي براي بانك‌ها‌ي دولتي انجام شده است. روش اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي و كيفي است كه در دو مرحله كتابخانه‌اي و اجراي روش دلفي با مراجعه به 22 نفر از خبرگان انجام شده است. در مرحله اول با رويكرد اكتشافي-تطبيقي، فعاليت‌ها شناسايي و بعد از آن مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار بر آن‌ها در سه دسته‌ عوامل زمينه‌اي، محتوايي و ساختاري طبقه‌بندي شده‌اند. با تركيب اين متغيرها چارچوب مفهومي پژوهش ارائه و طي سه دور دلفي اعتبارسنجي و مدل نهايي پژوهش طراحي شد. ‌يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش، در مورد 22 مؤلفه نشان ‌مي‌دهد كه (ضريب كندال 0/702) بين صاحب‌نظران اجماع و اتفاق نظر حاصل شده است. همچنين، بررسي نظرات خبرگان نشان داد كه عوامل زمينه‌اي، ساختاري و محتوايي به ترتيب اول و دوم و سوم اولويت‌بندي اعضاي پانل قرار گرفته است.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of the performance audit model for executives for government banks. The method of this study is descriptive and qualitative, which was carried out in two stages of the library and the implementation of the Delphi method by referring to 22 experts. In the first stage, with exploratory-adaptive approach, activities were identified and after that, the components affecting them were categorized into three categories of contextual, content and structural factors. By combining these variables, the conceptual framework of the research was presented and was designed in three rounds of Delphi Validation and the final model of the research. Findings of this study indicate that 22 components (Kendall coefficient of 0.702) have been consensus building among the owners. Also, the review of the experts' opinions showed that the underlying, structural and content factors are in the first, second and third order of priority panel members.
