رضايت زناشويي و راهبردهاي مقابله‌اي در زنان بارور و نابارور شهر اهواز

Marital satisfaction, and coping strategies in fertile and infertile women of Ahvaz

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي و مقايسه متغيرهاي رضايت زناشويي و راهبردهاي مقابله‌اي در زنان بارور و نابارور شهر اهواز صورت گرفت. طرح پژوهش، توصيفي از نوع علي-مقايسه‌اي بود. 100 زن نابارور از مركز ناباروري جهاد دانشگاهي و 100 زن بارور از دفاتر مامايي و پزشكان متخصص زنان و زايمان شهر اهواز به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند-داوطلبانه و بر اساس ملاك‌هاي ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند و به مقياس رضايت زناشويي (MSS) و سياهۀ مقابله با شرايط پراسترس-فرم كوتاه (CISS-21) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t-test و نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS-22 تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه بين زنان بارور و نابارور در متغيرهاي رضايت زناشويي و سبك مقابله‌اي مسأله-مدار تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد، و نه در سبك‌هاي هيجان مدار و اجتناب‌مدار. بنابراين ناباروري رضايت زناشويي را كاهش مي‌دهد و زنان نابارور به دنبال حل مشكل خود هستند.

The current study to aim of was conducted to investigate and comparison marital satisfaction, and coping strategies in fertile and infertile women of Ahvaz. The research design was descriptive of type causal-comparative. 100 infertile women of Jehad Danesgahy infertility center and 100 fertile women of Midwifery offices, and Gynecologists Ahvaz city were selected using purposive-voluntary sampling method and according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and to responded Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS), and the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS). The data were analyzed using t-test statistical method and SPSS-22 statistical software. The findings showed that there are significant differences between fertile and infertile women in marital satisfaction, and problem-based coping strategy variables (p < 0.001), and not in emotion- based and avoidance-based coping strategies.Therefore, infertility reduces marital satisfaction, and infertile women seek to resolve their problem
