تحليل اثرات خزش شهري در ناپايداري سكونتگاه هاي روستايي (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان رضوانشهر)

Analysis of urban sprawl effects in instability of rural settlements (Case study: Rezvanshahr county)

از اين رو تحقيق حاضر باهدف تحليل اثرات خزش شهري در ناپايداري سكونتگاه‌هاي روستايي شهرستان رضوانشهر تدوين شده است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش انجام، توصيفي ـ تحليلي است. در اين تحقيق جامعه آماري، سكونتگاه هاي روستايي شهرستان رضوانشهر است. در اين مطالعه پراكنده رويي شهري در سكونتگاه هاي روستايي با بهره‌گيري از داده هاي سنجش از دور مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. جهت تحليل داده‌ها از الگوريتم ماشين بردار پشتيبان و GIS استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه نخست، كاربري اراضي كشاورزي در بازه زماني 17 سال در شهرستان رضوانشهر روند كاهشي داشته و برعكس كاربري هاي انسان ساخت در حال افزايش است. به طوري كه ميزان كاربري اراضي كشاورزي در سال 1379(10766 هكتار) و درسال 1396 به ميزان(9832 هكتار) كاهش داده است. همچنين نتايج حاصل از تحليل تصاوير ماهواره اي نشان داد كه تا سال 1379 شهر رضوانشهر توسعه فضايي به سمت نواحي روستايي نداشته و از سال 1386 توسعه فيزيكي شهر آغاز و در سال 1396 به طور كامل دو روستاي بزرگ اردجان و پونل از دو سمت در محدوده فضايي شهر واقع شده اند. اين وضعيت اقتصاد نواحي روستايي را ضعيف و مهاجرت هاي روستا ـ شهري را توسعه مي دهد و در بلند مدت ناپايداري سكونتگاه هاي روستايي را موجب مي گردد. بنابراين با توجه به وضعيت فعلي، متخصصان و مديران بايد سياست‌گذاري‌هاي خود را در راستاي تثبت اراضي كشاورزي منطقه، معطوف كنند.

Therefore, this research has been designed with the aim of analyzing the effects of urban sprawl on instability of rural settlements in the city of Rezvanshahr. This research is an applied and descriptive analytical method. In this research, the statistical population is rural settlements of Rezvanshahr. In this study, urban sprawl in rural settlements was analyzed by using remote sensing data. For data analysis, the support vector machine algorithm and GIS were used. The results showed that, firstly, agricultural land use in the period of 17 years in the city of Rezvanshah decreased, wise versa manmade land uses are increased. So that the amount of agricultural land use decreased from (10766ha) in 2000 to the (9832ha) in 2017. Also, the results of analysis of satellite images showed that till 2000 the city of Rezvanshahr did not have spatial development towards rural areas and since 2007, the physical development of the city has begun, and in 2017, two large villages of Kordjan and Punel are located on both sides of the city's spatial boundaries. This situation weakens the economy of the rural areas and expands the village to urban migration and, in the long run, causes instability of rural settlements. Therefore, given the current state of affairs, specialists and managers should focus their policies on land consolidation in the agricultural region.
