بررسي تأثير نوسانات درآمدي بر اولويت هاي فرهنگي و غيرفرهنگي خانوارهاي شهري و روستايي با استفاده از تابع مفصل

Considering the Effect of Income Fluctuations in Cultural and Non-cultural Priority of Urban and Rural Families via Copula Function

يكي از راهكارهاي عملي در پيشبرد سياست‌هاي اقتصادي، همراهي مردم، بالا بردن سطح آگاهي جامعه و مردمي‌سازي اقتصاد است. سياست‌هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي، زماني به بهترين صورت تحقق مي‌يابند كه مردم آگاهي لازم را در‌خصوص آمارهاي موجود، كسب كرده باشند. شاخص‌هاي اقتصادي نرخ، قيمت و درصد، به‌تنهايي آگاهي‌بخش نيستند. به اين دليل، يكي از روش‌هاي علمي براي مطالعه‌ي داده‌هاي اقتصادي، مدل‌بندي آماري آن‌ها با استفاده از ابزار پركاربرد "توابع مفصل" است. در اين مقاله با استفاده از توابع مفصل و مفهومي پركاربرد از وابستگي بين متغيرهاي مورد مطالعه، تحت عنوان "وابستگي جهتي"، ميزان وابستگي بين تغييرات درآمدي خانوار با هزينه‌اي كه صرف خريد محصولات فرهنگي و محصولات متفرقه مي‌كنند، مورد مطالعه قرار مي‌گيرد. نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه خانوارهاي ايراني با كاهش درآمد، تمايل بيشتري به كاهش هزينه خريد محصولات فرهنگي تا ساير هزينه‌هاي مصرفي غيرضروري دارند.

One of the applicable tools, in order to develop the economy's politics, is Iranian's cooperation in increasing their level of public knowledge and the humanization of economic. Economical index, rate, price, and percentage are not informative only. From this point of view, one of the scientific ways to study the economic data is "Statistical Modeling" through the applicable concept of "Copula Function". In this paper, through the copula functions and the applicable concept of dependence, called "Directional dependence", the dependence structure between variations in family's income and the expenses allocated to buy cultural and miscellaneous goods would be widely studied. Simulation results show that by decreasing the level of income, Iranian families tend to decrease their cultural costs rather than unnecessary miscellaneous costs.
