كارايي مشاوره قبل از ازدواج با مدل پيوستگي ارتباط بر نيازهاي صميميت زناشويي در متقاضيان ازدواج

The Effectiveness of Premarital Counseling with the Relationship Attachment Model on Marital Intimacy Needs in Marriage Applicants

زمينه و هدف ارتباط و روابط بين زوج ها از مهم ترين ابعاد زندگي هر فرد است. زوج هاي جوان نياز دارند تا آموزش هاي لازم را در اين زمينه دريافت كنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي كارايي مشاوره قبل از ازدواج با مدل پيوستگي ارتباط (Relationship Attachment Model يا RAM) بر نيازهاي صميميت زناشويي در متقاضيان ازدواج شهر اروميه بود. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نيمه آزمايشي با طرح پيش آزمون، پس آزمون و پيگيري با گروه كنترل بود. جامعه آماري شامل متقاضيان ازدواج (زوج هاي در مرحله نامزدي) مراجعه كننده به مراكز خدمات مشاوره در شهر اروميه در سال 98-1397 بود. روش نمونه گيري داوطلبانه بود. تعداد 60 نفر از افرادي كه در دوره نامزدي قرار داشتند انتخاب شدند و به شيوه تصادفي در دو گروه 30 نفري شامل گروه آموزش RAM (30 نفر) و گروه كنترل (30 نفر) جايگزين شدند. ابزارهاي مورداستفاده شامل پرسشنامه نيازهاي صميميت زناشويي (Maritl Iantimacy Needs Questionnaire يا MINQ) بود. داده ها به وسيله نرم افزار آماري SPSS نسخه 22 و روش تحليل واريانس با اندازه گيري مكرر تحليل شد. يافته ها: طبق يافته هاي به دست آمده بين ميزان صميميت ها در پيش آزمون، پس آزمون و پيگيري تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. اثر اصلي، اثر تعاملي و بين گروهي در متغيرهاي تحقيق معنادار است كه نشان از اثربخش بودن آموزش RAM دارد (05/0>p). نتيجه گيري: طبق نتايج اين پژوهش مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه مشاوره قبل از ازدواج از طرق آموزش RAM بر نيازهاي صميميت زناشويي در متقاضيان ازدواج شهر اروميه اثربخش بود. بر اين اساس پيشنهاد مي گردد تا مشاوره قبل از ازدواج با RAM براي زوج هاي جوان متقاضي ازدواج آموزش داده شود.

Aim and Background Relationships and relationships between couples are one of the most important aspects of each person's life. Young couples need to receive the necessary training in this field. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of pre-marriage counseling with the Relationship Attachment Model (RAM) on marital intimacy needs of married applicants in Urmia. Methods and Materials: This study was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest and follow up design and control group. The community consisted of married couples seeking referral to counseling services in Urmia in 2019. Voluntary sampling method was used to select 60 individuals who had a definite decision to marry and were randomly divided into two groups, Including RAM training group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The instrument used was the Marital Intimacy Needs Questionnaire (MINQ). Data were analyzed by SPSS software using repeated measures analysis of variance. Findings There is a significant difference between the amount of intimacy at pre-test, post-test and follow-up. The main effect of interactive and intergroup effect on the research variables was significant, indicating the effectiveness of the RAM training (P<0.05). Conclusions According to the results, it can be concluded that pre-marriage counseling model of RAM is effective on marital intimacy needs in Urmia city marriage applicants and has improved marital intimacy in marriage applicants. Accordingly, it is recommended that pre-marriage counseling be provided with the RAM linkage model for young married couples.
