چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻟﺮزهاي اﺗﺼﺎﻻت ﺧﻤﺸﯽ و ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﻣﻌﻀﻼت ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در اﺟﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع اﺗﺼﺎل، اراﺋﻪي ﯾﮏ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ و ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎومﺳﺎزي آنﻫﺎ، ﮐﻤﮏ ﺷﺎﯾﺎن ذﮐﺮي ﺑﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮدن ﻣﺸﮑﻼت آن ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﮐﺮد. ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮض اﯾﻨﮑﻪ در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم اﺟﺮاي ﺟﻮش ﺷﯿﺎري ﺑﺎﻧﻔﻮذ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮاي اﺗﺼﺎل ورق روﺳﺮي، ﺟﻮش ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻻزﻣﻪ را ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و در ﺣﺪ ﺟﻮش ﮔﻮﺷﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ ﮐﻨﺪ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎومﺳﺎزي ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻣﺸﺨﺺ آﺷﮑﺎر ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ورق ﺳﺨﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﺜﻠﺜﯽ )ﻟﭽﮑﯽ( و اﺗﺼﺎل آن ﺑﻪ ورق روﺳﺮي و ﺳﺘﻮن، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻟﺮزهاي آن را ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺑﺨﺸﯿﺪ و ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻃﺮح ﻣﻘﺎومﺳﺎزي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﻤﻮد. ﺑﺮاي اﺛﺒﺎت اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ و ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻋﺪدي ﺻﺤﺖ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﺑﻨﯿﺎدي ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺢ روﺷﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻟﭽﮑﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ دﻟﯿﻞ، آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪي ﻋﺪدي ﺑﺮاي ﺻﺤﺖﺳﻨﺠﯽ روش ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ وﺟﻮد دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻟﺮزهاي روش ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﻘﺎومﺳﺎزي اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع اﺗﺼﺎل اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ازﺟﻤﻠﻪي اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد و ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ ﺳﺨﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎ و ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻋﺮض ﺑﻪ ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ ﺳﺘﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻌﺒﻪاي اﺷﺎره ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻋﺪدي ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﺘﻮن ﺟﻌﺒﻪاي در ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻓﻨﯽ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ؛ ﺑﺎاﯾﻦﺣﺎل، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آن ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺳﺘﻮنﻫﺎي ﺑﺎلﭘﻬﻦ راﯾﺞ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، در ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﭘﯿﺶرو ﺳﻌﯽ ﺷﺪ ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﻮرد ذﮐﺮﺷﺪه و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻋﺪدي و آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ، ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺟﻮاﻧﺐ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻃﺮح ﻣﻘﺎومﺳﺎزي ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻘﺎومﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه، از ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺰم ﺷﮑﻞﭘﺬﯾﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻋﻼوه، در ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻟﭽﮑﯽ، اﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻟﭽﮑﯽﻫﺎ و ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ آنﻫﺎ اﺛﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ در ﺑﺎل ﺳﺘﻮن دارد و ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ از ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻧﯿﺮو-ﮐﻨﺘﺮل آن اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮐﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Regarding the importance of seismic performance and also the problems of moment connections, representing an accurate and efficient scheme to reinforcing could be useful to eliminate these problems. Assuming that (CJP) welds between top flange plate and column face have poor quality or strengthened like fillet welds, the need of reinforcing becomes obvious. For that reason, by using triangular stiffener plate for joining to column face and top flange plate, the seismic behavior could be improved and possible to opt as a reinforcing scheme. To prove that, the experimental specimen was created and investigated. Then, validation was employed with the numerical model of one. By applying the basic concepts of the mechanic of materials, the design of triangular plate was expressed. Along with that, sensitivity analysis with studying on several numerical models carried out to show the accuracy of the proposal procedure design. Moreover, some factors effect on the seismic behavior of this scheme including numbers of stiffener plate, the thickness of stiffener plate, and the width to thickness ratio of box column. While using the box column in literature is rare, it replaces with H-shape column mostly in some countries like Iran. So, this paper tries to consider these cases to cover all aspects of this reinforcing scheme. The results showed this procedure could enhance the seismic behavior of defective moment connections.
