عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش سلامت جنسي كودكان: يك مطالعه مروري

Factors Influencing Children's Sexual Health Education: A Review Study

سلامت جنسي كودكان به معناي تأمين حريمي امن براي جلوگيري از سوءاستفاده جنسي و امكان رشد و تكامل جنسي طبيعي هست. آموزش و آگاهي كودكان در اين زمينه لازم و ضروري است و نقش تعيين‌كننده‌اي در تكامل و سلامت عمومي، ‌جنسي و باروري آن‌ها دارد. لذا اين مطالعه با هدف مروري بر عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش سلامت جنسي كودكان انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه‌اي مروري نقلي بوده كه جهت تدوين اين مقاله، در ابتدا جستجو در بانك اطلاعاتي اينترنتي Google Scholar و به‌طور اختصاصي­تر در پايگاه­هاي اطلاعاتي فارسي؛ SID، Magiran و در پايگاه­هاي انگليسي Science Direct، PubMed، Web Of Science، با استفاده از كليدواژه­هاي فارسي؛ آموزش جنسي، سلامت جنسي و كودكان و كليدواژه‌هاي انگليسيSexuality Education، Sexual Health، Children، Sex Education انجام و مقالات مرتبط با موضوع مقاله از سال 2018-2001 وارد شدند. درمجموع 87 مطالعه استخراج شد كه 17 مقاله متناسب با هدف اين مطالعه بود. يافته­ها: عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش سلامت جنسي كودكان در 3 طبقه دسته‌بندي شدند: 1: عوامل مربوط به والدين: جنسيت، آگاهي ضعيف، بينش ناكافي، ‌نگراني زياد، شك و سرگرداني، ‌شرم و حجب، عدم­اطمينان، ‌عدم دريافت آموزش،‌ دريافت دانش از منابع نامعتبر،‌ درك از كودك و نقش خود به­عنوان والد و تصور از آموزش جنسي. 2: عوامل مربوط به معلم: جنسيت، ‌سن،‌ مدت خدمت،‌ مهارت دانشگاهي،‌ محل اقامت،‌ محل كار، وضعيت تأهل،‌ عادات مذهبي، شركت در دوره‌هاي آموزشي، دانش ناكافي،‌ عدم اطمينان در ارائه آموزش،‌ راحت نبودن و شرم،‌ نگراني از نگرش والدين و ‌عدم­دسترسي به منابع آموزشي. 3: عوامل مربوطه به فرهنگ و اجتماع: تابو بودن مسائل جنسي، سياست‌ها،‌ ساختار فرهنگي خانواده، ‌پذيرش اجتماعي و فرهنگي و منابع محدود آموزشي. نتايج مروري بر مطالعات نشان داد عوامل متعددي در آموزش سلامت جنسي كودكان مؤثر مي‌باشند. جهت دستيابي به ‌سلامت جنسي كودكان ضروري است اين عوامل شناسايي شوند و برنامه‌ريزي براي كاهش عوامل منفي و تقويت عوامل مثبت صورت پذيرد.

Children's Sexual Health means providing possibility of natural sexual development and prevent sexual abuse. The education and awareness of children is necessary, and play a decisive role in the development and general, sexual and reproductive health of children. Therefore, this study was conducted to review factors influencing children's sexual health education. For conducting this narrative literature review electronic databases, including Google Scholar, Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus, and PubMed, including Medline, as well as Persian databases like Scientific Information Database and Iran Medex were searched to retrieve articles published from 2001 to 2018 by using the keywords Sexuality Education, Sexual Health, Children and Sex Education, a total of 87 studies that was related to the topic were extracted. After title and abstract screening, 52 articles and then in full text screening, 18 articles were excluded. Finally, 17 articles were used for writing this review. Results: Factors influencing children's sexual health education were classified in 3 categories: 1- Parents-related factors: gender, poor awareness, insufficient insight, high concern, doubt and wandering, shame and veil, uncertainty, lack of education, knowledge from ineffective sources, perception of the child and her/his role as a parent, and the perception of sexual education. 2- Teacher- related factors: gender, age, teaching experiences, academic qualifications, area of residence, area of work, marital status, to have children, religious practice, participation in educational training, inadequate knowledge, uncertainty in the provision of education, lack of comfort, shame, concerned about parents' attitudes and lack of access to educational resources. 3- Culture and society- related Factors: sexuality taboo, policies, culture of family, social and cultural acceptance, and limited educational resources. Results show that several factors affect the education of children's sexual health. In order to achieve the sexual health of children, it is necessary to identify these factors and plan to reduce negative factors and strengthen positive factors.
