چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه
تضمين كيفيت آموزش عالي به ويژه آموزش دكتري يكي از دغدغه ها و اولويت هاي برنامه ريزان عرصه آموزش عالي مي باشد. تطبيق، مقايسه و تحليل ابعاد مختلف برنامه هاي آموزشي با ساير كشورها، در رفع اين دغدغه بسيار موثر است. لذا اين مطالعه با هدف مقايسه توصيفي- تطبيقي برنامه دكتري پرستاري ايران و دانشگاه كاروليناي شمالي آمريكا انجام شد.
روش كار
اين مطالعه توصيفي با رويكرد تطبيقي مي باشد كه طي آن نظام آموزش پرستاري ايران با عناصر تشكيل دهنده برنامه آموزشي مقطع دكتري دانشگاه كاروليناي شمالي مورد مقايسه قرار گرفت. جستجوي اينترنتي، با استفاده پايگاه هاي فارسي و انگليسي صورت پذيرفت. داده هاي جمع آوري شده با استفاده از الگوي چهار مرحله اي Bereday شامل توصيف، تفسير، همجواري و مقايسه، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.
يافته ها
محتواي دروس در كاروليناي شمالي بسيار تخصصي، متمركز بر نياز دانشجو، همسو با فلسفه و اهداف برنامه مي باشد و نيازهاي جامعه در واحدهاي درسي دانشجويان گنجانده شده است. برنامه آموزشي دكتراي پرستاري كاروليناي شمالي به صورت تمام وقت و نيمه وقت با مدت آموزشي 5/3 سال مي باشد و جذب دانشجو به طور مستقل توسط دانشگاه صورت مي پذيرد ولي در ايران اين مقطع صرفا تمام وقت است و پذيرش دانشجو بصورت متمركز انجام مي شود. گرايش هاي اين دانشگاه براي اين مقطع شامل دكتري فلسفه و دكتري بالين پرستاري، پست دكتري، دكتري علوم پرستاري و دكتري هوشبري بالين پرستاري مي باشد ولي در ايران صرفا با گرايشPhD ارائه مي شود. در كاروليناي شمالي پذيرش در مقطع دكتري، از كارشناسي هم امكان پذير مي باشد، در حالي كه در ايران اين امكان وجود ندارد.
نتيجه گيري
باتوجه به مقايسه هاي انجام شده و برتري هاي كوريكولوم دانشگاه كاروليناي شمالي، شايسته است كه برنامه ريزان آموزش پرستاري ايران، تغييرات اساسي را در كوريكولوم اين مقطع از نظر فلسفه و اهداف، مدت دوره، واحدهاي درسي و... ايجاد نمايند، بطوري كه راه گشاي مشكلات نظام مراقبت سلامت و جامعه باشد.

Introduction: Quality assurance of higher education, especially PhD education, is one of the concerns and
priorities of higher education planning planners. Matching, comparing and analyzing different dimensions of
educational programs with other countries is very effective in solving this concern. Therefore, this study was
conducted with the aim of comparing the descriptive-comparative study of nursing Ph.D Curriculum in Iran and
the American University of North Carolina.
Methods: This is a descriptive study with a comparative approach in which the Iranian nursing education system
was compared with elements of the doctoral curriculum of the University of North Carolina. Data were collected
by searching the internet with using of databases Persian and English. The data were analyzed using four-step
Bereday model including description, interpretation, juxta position and comparison.
Results: The content of the courses in North Carolina is highly specialized, focusing on student needs, in
keeping with the philosophy and goals of the program, and the needs of the community are included in the
student courses. North Carolina's Ph.D. Nursing Curriculum is full-time and part-time with a 3.5 year
teaching period and student recruitment is independently by the university, but in Iran, this is only full-time
and student admission is concentrated. The trends of this university for this section include PhD, DNP,
Post Doc, DNS, DNAP, but in Iran it is only offered with a Ph.D trends. Admission to Ph.D. in Carolina is
also possible from a bachelor's degree while this is not possible in Iran.
Conclusions: Given the comparisons and curriculum advantages of the University of North Carolina, it is
appropriate for Iranian nursing education planners to make fundamental changes to the curriculum of this
section in terms of philosophy, goals, duration, courses, and so on, to solve problems of health care system
and the community.
