مروري بر روش هاي رايج و موثر آموزشي در آموزش مداوم پزشكي

A Review of Current and Effective Educational Methods in Continuing Medical Education

روش هاي ارايه آموزش جهت افزايش توانمندي حرفه اي يكي از دغدغه هاي آموزش علوم پزشكي است. يكي از روش هاي رايج آموزشي، آموزش مداوم در دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي مي باشد. براين اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارايه روش هاي رايج و موثر آموزشي د راين گروه پرداخته است. اين مطالعه از نوع مروري، از طريق جستجوي مقالات فارسي و انگليسي در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي؛Google Scholar, Elsevier ISI (Web of Science) ,Barakatkns Scopus در طي سال هاي 2018-2000 صورت گرفته است. جستجو با استفاده از كليدواژه هاي روش آموزش، مشمولين آموزش مداوم، روش رايج آموزشي، آموزش و معادل انگليسي آن ها؛ Educational Method, Continuing education, Common Method of Teaching, Education انجام گرديد. حاصل جستجو، تعداد 84 مقاله بوده كه پس از غربالگري عنوان و چكيده 35 مقاله واجد معيارهاي ورود به مطالعه شناخته شدند.نتايج نشان داده است يكي از مهم ترين عوامل موثر بر تاثيرگذاري آموزش مداوم شيوه هاي تدريس و روش تدريس مي باشد. به طوري كه در تحقيقات متعددي بر اهميت روش هاي تدريس در برنامه هاي آموزش مداوم پزشكان تاكيد شده است. با توجه به اينكه نمي توان نقش روش هاي جديد آموزش را در اثرگذاري يادگيري در حين فعاليت هاي بهداشتي و درماني ناديده گرفت، روش هاي رايج در آموزش علوم پزشكي در كنار روش هاي نوين يكي از رويكردهاي موثر در يادگيري پايدار در كاركنان مي باشد زيرا يادگيري پايدار افراد را در مقابل تداوم و انجام صحيح مراقبت هاي بهداشتي و درماني ترغيب خواهد كرد ضمن اينكه يادگيري پايدار، عملكرد پايدار را ايجاد خواهد نمود. در كنار سخنراني مي توان از روش هاي موثر آموزشي همانند؛ بحث گروهي، الگوي آموزشي همياري، روش حل مسيله، يادگيري الكترونيكي، آموزش باليني، پزشكي مبتني بر شواهد و آموزش پزشكي مبتني بر شبيه سازي استفاده نمود.

Providing training to enhance professional competence is one of the concerns of medical education. One of the common teaching methodology is Continuing Education in medical sciences universities. The purpose of the present study was to review current and effective educational methods in continuing medical education. This cross-sectional study was conducted through search of Persian and English articles in databases of Google Scholar Elsevier ISI (Web of Science), Barakatkns, Scopus during 2000-2018. Search was conducted by using the keywords of teaching method, individuals of continuing education, common teaching method, and education. The result of the search was 84 articles that after the title screening and abstract of 35 articles were recognized as inclusion criteria. The results showed that one of the most important factors affecting the impact of continuing education is teaching methods and teaching methods. Many studies have emphasized the importance of teaching methods in continuing education programs for physicians.The basis of continuing education should be the goal of sustainable learning and behavior change in the health care approach. Whereas the role of new methods and the emergence of education in influencing learning during health activities cannot be ignored, ttherefore, current approaches to medical science education along with new approaches are one of the most effective approaches to sustainable learning in employees, because sustainable learning will encourage individuals to continue and perform health care properly while sustained learning, it will provide stable performance. In addition to lectures, effective teaching methods such as group discussion, cooperative teaching model, problem solving method, e-learning, clinical education, evidence-based medicine, and simulation-based medical education can be used.
