بررسي عوامل موثر بر عملكرد ارتباطي دانشجو- بيمار در بخش اتاق عمل از ديدگاه دانشجويان هوشبري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي جندي شاپور اهواز

Survey of effecting factors on Student-Patient Communication performance in Operating Room from Perspective of Anesthetist Students in Ahvaz Jondishapur University of Medical Sciences in 2019

توانايي دانشجويان علوم پزشكي در برقراري ارتباط و همچنين استفاده مناسب از مهارت هاي ارتباطي از مهم ترين عوامل تاثيرگذار بر كيفيت يادگيري آنان بوده و موجب ارتقاي عملكرد آن ها در محيط هاي باليني مي گردد. لذا اين مطالعه باهدف بررسي عوامل موثر بر عملكرد ارتباطي دانشجو- بيمار در بخش اتاق عمل از ديدگاه دانشجويان هوشبري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي جندي شاپور اهواز انجام شد. در اين مطالعه توصيفي مقطعي در سال 1398تعداد 75 نفر از دانشجويان هوشبري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اهواز به صورت نمونه در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه داراي 6 بعد شامل عوامل فردي، اجتماعي، حرفه اي، محيطي، عوامل مرتبط با آموزش و شرايط باليني بيمار بود، گردآوري شد. تجزيه وتحليل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و مستقل، آناليز واريانس و كروسكال واليس) انجام شد. ميانگين امتياز كل عوامل566/0± 04/ 3بود كه بيشترين ميانگين مربوط به شرايط باليني71/0±34/3 و كمترين مقدار مربوط به عوامل اجتماعي 75/0±72/2 بود. رابطه معناداري بين عوامل دموگرافيك با عوامل فردي، اجتماعي، حرفه اي، محيطي، عوامل مرتبط با آموزش و شرايط باليني بيمار ديده نشد05/0p. شرايط باليني از ديدگاه دانشجويان، بيشترين تاثير را بر ارتباط با بيمار دارد. مديران سيستم هاي آموزشي و درماني بايستي تلاش خود را جهت تعديل اثر اين عوامل به منظور بهبود اين رابطه و در نهايت ارتقاي كيفيت آموزش باليني دانشجويان متمركز نمايند.

Abstract: Medical students’ ability to communicate and also the proper use of communication skills are the most important factors affecting their learning quality and promote their performance in clinical settings. Hence, this descriptive cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the effective factors on the student-patient Communication performance in the operating room ward from the viewpoint of anesthetist students in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences that 75 students of anesthetist students in 2019 were included as the research population. The data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 6 dimensions including personal, social, occupational, environmental factors, factors related to education and clinical conditions of the patient. Data were analyzed using descriptive and independent statistics (ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis). The mean of total score of factors was 3.04 ± 0.56, with the highest mean of clinical condition estimated 3.34 ± 0.71 and the least of the related Social factors was 2.72 ± 0.75. Therefore, there was no significant relationship between demographic factors and individual, social, professional, environmental factors, and factors related to education and clinical conditions of the patient (p>0.05). Although, a significant relationship was observed between gender and personal and environmental factors and marital status and environmental factors (P<0.05). On the other hand, from the students' point of view, Clinical factors had the greatest impact on student-patient communication. Educational and therapeutic systems managers consequently should focus their efforts on modifying the factors in order to improve this relationship and ultimately improve the quality of clinical education of students.
