چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﻮان ﻫﻤﮑﺎريﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در اﯾﺮان از ﻧﻈﺮ ارﺗﺒﺎط داﻧﺸﮕﺎه- ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و دوﻟﺖ در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ وب او ﺳﺎﯾﻨﺲ اﺳﺖ.
روشﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ارزﯾﺎﺑﺎﻧﻪ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻣﺪل ﻣﺎرﭘﯿﭻ ﺳﻪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ رواﺑﻂ ﻣﯿﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه، ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و دوﻟﺖ در روﻧﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻼت ﻣﯿﺎن ارﮐﺎن ﻣﺎرﭘﯿﭻ ﺳﻪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Th.exe ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﮥ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ وب آو ﺳﺎﯾﻨﺲ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 1983 اﻟﯽ 2017؛ ﺟﻤﻊآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎري و ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ 348047 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ وب آو ﺳﺎﯾﻨﺲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار 2010 Excel و ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﺟﺪاول و ﻧﻤﻮدارﻫﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺰان ﺷﺎﺧﺺ )T(UIG در ﮐﻞ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﯾﺮان 3/12 ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﯾﺮان در ﮐﻞ ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﺎ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻨﺤﺼﺮاً داﻧﺸﮕﺎه )93/88 درﺻﺪ( ﺑﻮده؛ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﮑﺎريﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و دوﻟﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻔﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮده )8 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ( و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻫﻤﮑﺎري داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ 1/08 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.
ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪة ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻼت ﻧﺎﭼﯿﺰ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻪ ﻧﻬﺎد داﻧﺸﮕﺎه- ﺻﻨﻌﺖ–دوﻟﺖ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ در ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﯾﺮان ﻧﻘﺶ دو ﻧﻬﺎد ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻧﺎﭼﯿﺰ ﺑﻮده و ﻧﻘﺶ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻋﻠﻢ را داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻬﺪه دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of scientific cooperation in Iran from the viewpoint of university-industry and government communication in the ISI Web of Science Information Center.
Methodology: The research method is evaluative and applied. In this research, a triple-spiral model was used to measure the relationship between university, industry and government in the scientific production process of the country, and interactions between the triangular spiral organs were identified using Th.exe software. The statistical population consisted of all Iranian articles indexed in the World Wide Web of Science from 1983 to 2017; collecting information by census and reviewing all 348.047 Iranian articles indexed in the Web Science Database. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and Excel 2010 software, drawing tables and graphs.
Findings: The findings showed that T (UIG) in the total scientific output of Iran was 3.12 The highest scientific output of Iran in all sciences related to scientific products with organizational affiliation was exclusively university (93.88%), the lowest scientific output Also, industry-government cooperation was close to zero percent (8 papers) and the degree of cooperation between the university and industry was 0.81 percent.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed a low level of interactions between the three universities-industry-government institutions. Also, in Iran's scientific production, the role of the two institutions of industry and organization is very small and the main role of science production is in universities.
