Analyzing the Spatial Expansion Pattern and Causes of Abdanan City

امروزه الگوي گسترش كالبدي- فضايي شهرها در ابعاد مختلف يكي از مسائل كشورهاي درحال توسعه به ويژه ايران است. بدين جهت، شناخت الگو و عوامل گسترش فضايي شهرها از جمله شهر آبدانان، براي تدوين سياست‌هاي مناسب و دستيابي به توسعه پايدار امري اساسي است. بر اين اساس، در چارچوب نظريه توسعه پايدار و رشد هوشمند شهري، تحليل الگو و عوامل رشد فضايي شهر آبدانان در چارچوب روش توصيفي- تحليلي ارزيابي شد. داده‌هاي مورد نياز در اين پژوهش از طريق روش‌ كتابخانه‌اي و مراجعه به شهرداري و نهادهاي مربوطه گردآوري شد. تحليل داده‌ها و شناسايي الگوي گسترش با استفاده از ضرايب آنتروپي، جيني، موران و G عمومي و نيز روش آنتروپي شانون و مدل هلدرن انجام شد. در ادامه نيز عوامل كلان و خرد موثر بر گسترش فضايي اين شهر در بستر نظريه ها تحليل و شناسايي شد. نتايج نشان داد كه شهر آبدانان الگوي رشد تصادفي با گرايش بسيار ضعيف به الگوي خوشه‌اي را با شكل‌گيري لكه‌هاي داغ در جنوب و سرد در شمال تجربه نموده است كه با توجه به پايين بودن ميزان تراكم، نتايج بيانگر غلبه الگوي پراكنده در شهر مي‌باشد. مطابق نتايج بدست آمده، شهر آبدانان در اغلب دوره‌ها، رشد كالبدي- فضايي لجام گسيخته و پراكنده‌اي داشته است، به طوري كه در دوره90-85، رشد فضايي بسيار پراكنده‌اي را به ميزان 97 درصد تجربه نموده است و تنها كمتر از 3 درصد آن ناشي از رشد جمعيت و نياز واقعي آن به زمين بوده است. در مجموع، تفسير نتايج نشان دهنده سهم بالاي عوامل مديريتي و اقتصادي در الگوي رشد و توسعه شهري مي‌باشد.

Nowadays the discussion on Physical- Spatial Expansion of cities is one of the problems of developing countries, especially Iran. The growth causes and pattern of a city is the most critical matters of the recent century. So, recognition of spatial growth causes and pattern of main cities of regions and countries such as Abdanan City is necessary for drawing up suitable policies and achieving sustainable development. In this regard, in the framework of sustainable development and urban smart growth theories, the causes and quality of spatial growth pattern of Abdanan City were evaluated in the framework of the analytical-descriptive research method. In this framework, for analyzing the population and employment distribution used Gini and Entropy's indexes. For analyzing the development pattern we used Moran and General G indexes, and Holdren model and Shanon Entropy's. The necessary data was collect by librarian method. The necessary data was collect by librarian method. The results showed that there are imbalance in population and employment distribution. The results also showed that the Abdanan City have had a random development pattern tending to Clustered pattern by forming a hot spot in its south part and a cold spot in its north part and because of low density, the results indicated in the ascendancy of the dispersed pattern. The results showed that Abdanan City despite dispersed growth in most periods, during 1385-1390, have had a sprawl growth of 97 percent and less than 3 percent of that is because of population growth and the real needs of the land. Finally, the results showed that management and economical parameters have high role in growth pattern of Abdanan city.
