تحليلي بر بازتاب چرايي و چگونگي ابعاد و وجوه اعمال قدرت سياسي شاه عباس در روايت‌هاي سفرنامه نويسان عصر صفوي

An analysis of the reflection of why and how the dimensions and aspects of Shah Abbas's political power are applied in the narratives of Safavid travelogue writers

سفرنامه‌هاي دوره‌ي صفوي، در كنار بازتاب ابعاد و وجوه متنوعي از حيات اجتماعي- سياسي ايران عصر صفوي، روايتي پراهميت و البته متمايز از چگونگي اعمال قدرت سياسي در دوره‌ي شاه عباس به دست مي‌دهند كه داراي مولفه‌هاي قابل تاملي‌ست. روايت سفرنامه‌نويسان، نشان مي‌دهد كه مركزيت بخشيدن به شاه در يك نظام سياسي شاه محور، در كنار تضعيف كانون‌هاي ديگر قدرت، چگونه مي‌تواند رويكردهاي پيشين را در جهت ارائه‌ي تجربه‌اي متمايز از سياست‌ورزي و اعمال قدرت سياسي متحول سازد و نيروهاي موجود را در جهت رسيدن به اهداف مورد نظر به تحرك وادارد. همچنين تحليل محتواي روايت‌هاي سفرنامه‌نويسان نشان مي‌دهد كه الگوي مورد نظر شاه عباس در مسير اعمال قدرت كه آميزه‌اي از كنش‌هاي مذهبي، سياسي و اقتصادي بود، هم ريشه در سنت‌هاي پيشين سياست و اعمال قدرت در ايران داشت و هم در خود، برخي اقتضائات نوين را جاي داده بود كه حاصل تحولات عميق در نظام بين‌الملل بود. بنابرآن‌چه آمد؛ در اين پژوهش تلاش بر اين است تا با روشي توصيفي- تحليلي، ابتدا تاملي در ساختار قدرت و سياست در دوره صفويه صورت بگيرد و آنگاه با تحليل محتواي سفرنامه‌هاي اين دوره، تبيين مناسبي از چرخش سياست و قدرت در دوره‌ي شاه عباس به دست داده شود.

Also, the analysis of the content of the narrations of travel writers shows that Shah Abbas's pattern on the path of power, which is a mixture of religious, political and economic actions, roots in the previous traditions of politics and exercising power in Iran, as well as in itself, had some new demands that were the result of deep changes in the international system.
Therefore, in this research, the present paper seeks to develop a descriptive-analytical method first of all in the structure of power and politics in the Safavid period, and then, by analyzing the content of the logbooks of this period, a proper explanation of the rotation of politics and power during the period Shah Abbas will be lost.
