چكيده فارسي :
مسأله لغزش مالي در ميان كارگزاران حكومتي امري است كه در گذر تاريخ، جوامع مختلف بدان مبتلا بوده‌اند. بنابراين شايسته است كه حاكمان چاره‌اي براي آن انديشيده تا آسيب‌زايي آن را مديريت نمايند. از آنجا كه كارگزاران حكومت علوي نيز از اين امر به دور نبوده‌اند به سبب جايگاه اميرالمؤمنين(ع) در نظام انديشه‌اي اماميه و الگوگيري از رفتار ايشان، شيوه مواجهه حضرت با اين مسأله به عنوان پرسش اين جستار مورد واكاوي قرار گرفته است. در بررسي تاريخي داده‌هاي اسنادي منابع كهن، اهتمام امام(ع) در پيشگيري بر اموري بسان شايسته‌گزيني، عنايت به حقوق كافي، ارزيابي نامحسوس و ... بوده و امام(ع) به سادگي از اخبار لغزش مالي كارگزارانش چشم نمي‌پوشيد. در استقراء و بررسي لغزشهاي مالي روي داده، از راه‌كارهاي مورد استفاده حضرت نيز مي‌توان به اطلاع‌رساني خيرخواهانه، بررسي اخبار لغزش مالي، بازنگاه‌داشتن مسير اصلاح، پيگيري و بازگرداندن اموال و مجازات اشاره داشت. اما نكته اصلي آن است كه در پيمودن تمامي اين مراحل اهتمام اصلي امام(ع) بر موعظه نيكو و اصلاح دروني كارگزار خاطي بوده است
چكيده لاتين :
The issue of financial slippage among the agents of governments has always existed in the history of various societies. It is therefore worthwhile for the rulers to think of a way to manage it. Since the agents of the Alavi government were also affected by this, due to the position of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) in Imamiyah system of thought and modeling of his behavior, Imam's (AS) method of dealing with this issue has been investigated as the question of this study. The historical review of the archival data of ancient sources shows that Imam (AS) has always attempted to prevent such matters by observing meritocracy, adequate salaries, intangible evaluation, and etc. Imam (AS) simply did not ignore the financial slip news of his agents. In inducing and investigating financial slips, the strategies used by Imam (AS) included benevolent information giving, review of financial slip news, keeping the correction path open, prosecution, restitution and punishment. However, the main point was that in all those steps, Imam's (AS) main focus was on the good sermon and the internal correction of the servant.
