چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of factor analysis is to find a suitable method for summarizing the information contained in the original or observed variables in a new and small set of factors with a minimum loss of information. . Factor analysis is an interdependence method. All variable are considered simultaneously each of original variable is considered as a dependent variable and a function of some underlying, latent and hypothetical set off actors. Conversely; we can consider each factor as a dependent and as a function of the observed variable. For doing factor analysis in order to investigate the nurses job stressors and find the job difficulties of the nursesʹ population in Mazandaran providence, we make question are(NISQ) for identifying the job stressors of nurses. Then we classify the veracities and find important and frequent job stressors by use of factor analysis. First, we test whether the collected data is suitable for factor analysis and estimate the factor loadings required for factor analysis. We find an orthogonal rotation in order to obtain the suitable factor loadings. We use the factor loadings and interpret the data.
