چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: تشخيص سرطان پستان و درمان‌هاي مرتبط با آن تجربه عاطفي آسيب‌زايي براي زنان محسوب شود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسايي پيامدهاي روان‌شناختي سرطان پستان در مطالعات گذشته مبتني بر مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر يك مرور توصيفي و با توجه به روش اجرا جزء مطالعات مرور نظام‌مند است. جستجوي سابقه پژوهشي با استفاده از پايگاه‌هاي داده‌هاي الكترونيكي زير شامل پايگاه اطلاعات علمي (sid) ،magiran، medlib، sciencedirect، pubmed، google scholar، web of science، scopus، cinahl و medline از سال‌هاي 1370 تا 1396 (1991 تا 2017) در رابطه با پيامدهاي روان‌شناختي مرتبط با سرطان پستان در ايران با استفاده از كليدواژه‌هاي سرطان، اختلال خلقي، اختلال اضطرابي، اختلال رواني، كيفيت زندگي، بدعملكردي جنسي، اختلال خواب، سلامت روان، بي‌خوابي، نگراني، تصوير بدني، اختلال روان‌پزشكي، نشانگان رفتاري، درماندگي روان‌شناختي، رفتار مقابله‌اي، اختلال استرس پس از سانحه و سرطان پستان انجام شد. محتواي مقالات، بعد از استخراج، با چك‌ليست پريزما (prisma) مورد ارزيابي كيفي قرارگرفته و جهت بررسي داده‌ها از روش تحليل محتوا استفاده شد.
نتايج: پس از جستجو و ارزيابي مطالعات، تحليل نهايي بر روي 73 مقاله انجام گرفت. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد كه پيامدهاي روان‌شناختي سرطان پستان در 8 طبقه كيفيت زندگي، اضطراب، استرس و تنيدگي، افسردگي، عملكرد جنسي، تصوير بدني، راهبردهاي مقابله‌اي، خستگي و كيفيت خواب جاي مي‌گيرند.
نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به نتايج به‌دست‌آمده، با ترسيم حيطه‌هاي مشخص‌شده در حوزه پيامدهاي روان‌شناختي سرطان پستان مي‌توان از آن به‌عنوان يك نقشه مفهومي براي انجام مطالعات منسجم‌تر و طراحي برنامه‌هاي مداخله‌اي گسترده استفاده نمود.

Background & Objective: Diagnosis of breast cancer and related therapies are emotional experiences for women. The present study aimed to identify the psychological consequences of breast cancer in previous studies based on systematic review.
Materials & Methods: The present study is a descriptive survey and, according to the method of implementation, is a systematic review study. A literature search was conducted by using following electronic databases including scientific information databases (SID), Magiran, Medlib, Sciencedirect, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web Of Science, Scopus, cinahl and medline from 1991 through 2017 regarding the psychological consequences associated with breast cancer in iran Using keywords cancer, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, mental disorder, life quality, sexual dysfunction, sleep disorder, mental hygiene, insomnia, anxiety, body image, mental disorder, behavioral symptom, psychological distress, coping behaviors, traumatic stress disorder and breast cancer. The content of all articles, after extraction from the bases, was evaluated by the prisma checklist and the Content analysis was used to examine data
Results: After the search and evaluation of the studies, the final analysis was carried out on 73 articles. The findings of this study showed that the psychological consequences of breast cancer in 8 categories are quality of life, anxiety, stress and stress, depression, sexual function, body image, coping strategies, fatigue and quality of sleep.
Conclusions: Based on the results, drawing on the areas identified in the field of psychological outcomes of breast cancer can be used as a conceptual map for more coherent studies and the design of extensive interventions.
