Understanding Sexual Addiction in Connection with the Perception of Sexual Addicts

اعتياد جنسي كنش ها، تخيلات و گرايشات جنسي را شامل مي شود كه كنترل آن براي فرد معتاد جنسي بسيار دشوار است و اين مسئله منجر به بروز مسائل جدي در زندگي روزمره فردي و اجتماعي آنها مي شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر فهم خود پنداره شخصي معتادان جنسي و شناخت مقولاتي است كه در شكل گيري و تشديد پديده اعتياد جنسي نقش داشته است. مواد و روش ها روش مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش، كيفي است و در فرايند پژوهش از نظريه زمينه اي استفاده شده است. داده ها با استفاده از روش مشاهده مشاركتي و تكنيك مصاحبه عميق گردآوري شد. بر اساس روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و نمونه گيري نظري و با معيار اشباع نظري، 40 نفر معتاد جنسي در سال 1396و 1397 از شهر تهران در تحقيق مشاركت داشتند. يافته ها براساس يافته هاي حاصل از اين تحقيق، چهار مقوله شامل «تقديرگرايي و تسليم پذيري، انزواي تحميلي، انگاره خودكم پنداري و اعتماد ناپايدار» برساخته شد. بر اين اساس مشخص شدكه كنش جنسي اعتياد گونه معتادان جنسي به شدت متاثر از تجربيات و تعاملات خانوادگي- محيطي آنهاست كه اين كنش در ادامه زندگي معتادان جنسي با عدم كاركرد درست نهادهاي ديگر اجتماعي همچون نهاد آموزشي و حقوقي تشديد شده است. نتيجه گيري بر اين اساس چهار مقوله حاصل از داده هاي تحقيق در حول مقوله هسته "خودپنداره منفي مقوم اعتياد جنسي" تنيده شدند.

Sexual addiction includes actions, imaginations, and sexual attitudes It's very difficult to control it for a sex addict, and this leads to serious issues in their individual and social life. The present study, entitled Understanding Sexual Addiction in Connection with the Self-Concept of Sexual Addicts, seeks to examine the categories that have been formed in the experience of sex addicts. Materials and Methods: The method used in this research is qualitative and has been used in the research process from Grounded Theory. Data were collected using participatory observation method and deep interview technique. Finding: According to the purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling and theoretical saturation criterion, 40 sex addicts participated in the research. According to the findings of this research, four categories including "fidelity and consolation, imposed isolation, self-reflection, and unstable trust" were developed. The results of the study showed that the sexual activity of addicted sex addicts is strongly influenced by their experiences and family-environmental interactions that this sexual activity has been exacerbated by the continuing illiteracy of the sex addicts due to the poor functioning of other social institutions such as educational and legal institutions. Discussion: Accordingly, four categories of research data were tied around the core of the "negative self-concept reinforcement sex addiction" core.
