اثربخشي شن بازي درماني در كاهش نشانگان كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي

Effectiveness of sandplay therapy on reducing the symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثربخشي شن بازي درماني در كاهش نشانگان اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي مي باشد، جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل تمامي كودكان پسر7 تا 9 سال مبتلا به اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي مراجعه كننده به كلينيكاميد عصر درسال 1394 است كه با روش نمونه گيري دردسترس 24 كودك داراي اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفي 12 كودك درگروه آزمايش و 12 كودك درگروه كنترل جايگزين شدند. طرح پژوهش حاضر نيمه آزمايشي از نوع پيش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه كنترل مي باشد كه در اين طرح گروه آزمايش 10جلسه در شن بازي درماني شركت كردند. جهت تشخيص اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي از پرسشنامه علائم مرضي كودكان ويرايش 4 استفاده شد. يافته ها نشان داد كه شن بازي درماني در كاهش نشانگان اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي موثر است. بنابراين نتيجه گرفته مي شود كه شن بازي درماني در بهبود بخشي رفتارهاي خصمانه ، لجبازي و مقابله جويانه اثرگذار مي باشد.

The Purpose of the present research was to examine the effectiveness of sandplay therapy on reducing the symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder . The study population consisted of all children 7 to 9 years with ODD from Omid Asr Rehabilitationat 2015. Sampling method was purposeful and 24 children with ODD that have selected (12 children experimental group and 12 control group). This is a quasi– experimental study with a pretest /post-test experimental and control group. In this study to experimental group sandplay theray administered in 10 sessions and the control group not received treatment in this field. Instrument for the diagnosis of oppositional defiant disorder was CSI.4 questionnaire were used. Results showed that sandplay therapy were effective in reducing symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder . Then, sandplay therapy is a useful intervention for reduction of symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder.
