بررسي نقش واسطه گري هوش معنوي در رابطه بين سبك هاي هويت و هوش هيجاني در دانش آموزان دبيرستاني شهرستان بم

The Role of Mediating Spiritual Intelligence in the Relationship between Identity Styles and Emotional Intelligence in School Students of Bam City

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش واسطه اي هوش معنوي در رابطه ي بين سبك هاي هويت (اطلاعاتي، هنجاري و اجتنابي) با هوش هيجاني بود. بدين منظور 200 نفر (100 نفر دختر) از دانش آموزان دبيرستاني شهرستان بم به روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسشنامه هاي سبك هاي هويت، هوش معنوي و هوش هيجاني تجديدنظر شده شاته پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاري مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها نشان داد كه سبك هاي هويت اطلاعاتي و هنجاري با هوش هيجاني و معنوي رابطه ي معنادار و مثبت داشتند، اما سبك هويت اجتنابي با هيچ يك از آنها رابطه ي معناداري را نشان نداد. همچنين هوش معنوي با هوش هيجاني رابطه ي معنادار و مثبت داشت. نتايج مدل واسطه اي نيز نشان داد كه هوش معنوي واسطه ي رابطه ي بين سبك هاي هويت اطلاعاتي و هنجاري با هوش هيجاني قرار گرفت. بنابراين، با توجه به نتايج مطالعه ي حاضر مي توان ادعا كرد كه سبك هويت هنجاري و تا حدي سبك هويت اطلاعاتي به واسطه ي هوش معنوي بر روي هوش هيجاني نوجوانان تاثير مي گذارد.

The aim of current study was to investigate the mediating role of spiritual intelligence in the relationship between identity styles (i.e. informational, normative, and avoidant) and emotional intelligence. The population consisted of all higher school students at Bam city. The sample included 200 students (100 girls, 100 boys) who were recruited through convenience sampling method. Research instruments were Identity Styles Scale, Spiritual Intelligence Scale, and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The Results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between informational and normative identity styles with spiritual and emotional intelligences, but there is no significant relationship between avoidant identity styles and those variables. Also, there is significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. The results of structural equation analysis showed that spiritual intelligence mediated the relationship between informational and normative identity styles with emotional intelligence. Based on these results, it can be concluded that normative identity style and somewhat informational identity style can effect on adolescent's emotional intelligence through spiritual intelligence.
