بررسي رابطه بين تناسب شغل و شخصيت با سطح رضايت مندي زناشويي زوجين فرهنگي شاغل در شهرستان زاهدان

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي رابطه بين تناسب شغل و شخصيت با سطح رضايت مندي زناشويي زوجين فرهنگي شاغل در شهر زاهدان است. دو پرسشنامه رضايت زناشويي انريچ (1989) و تناسب شغل – شخصيت جان هالند (1958) ، توسط 200 نفر از زوجين فرهنگي وابسته به سازمان آموزش و پرورش در شهرستان زاهدان تكميل شد كه اين نمونه به صورت تصادفي ساده و از طريق جدول مورگان به دست آمد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و نرم افزارهاي2010 EXCELL و19 SPSS صورت گرفته است. نتايج نشان داد كه بين نوع شخصيت واقع گرا و شغل فرهنگي با رضايت زناشويي در آنها، رابطه وجود دارد كه اين رابطه در جهت مثبت، معنادار بود. همچنين بين نوع شخصيت اجتماعي و شغل فرهنگي با رضايت زناشويي در آنها در سطح(p< 0.01). رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. از سوي ديگر نتايج نشان دهنده اين امر بود كه رابطه ي نوع شخصيت جستجوگري وشغل فرهنگي با رضايت زناشويي زوجين، در جهت مثبت ومعنادار بود يعني هر چقدر زوجين جستجوگرتر باشند، رضايت زناشويي نيز در آنها بيشتر خواهد شد. به اين ترتيب بين نوع شخصيت متهورانه و قراردادي با رضايت زناشويي در آنها، رابطه مثبت و معنادار در سطح (p< 0.01). وجود دارد. همچنين مقدار ضريب تعيين نشان داد كه قراردادي بودن زوجين، فقط حدود 3 درصد از واريانس متغير رضايت زناشويي را پيش بيني مي كند. تنها در نوع شخصيت هنري است كه در اين پژوهش رابطه مثبت و معناداري ميان اين نوع شخصيت و رضايت زناشويي مشاهده نشد.

The objective of the present study is Review on the relationship between the proportion of job and personality with marital satisfaction level of cultural Couples, who work in Zahedan Township. Two questionnaires of Enrich marital satisfaction (1989) and the proportion of job and personality of John Holland (1958), which were completed by 200 people of cultural Couples, related Education Organization of Zahedan Township. This sample was simple randomly obtained through Morgan Table. .data analysis Using descriptive and inferential statistics and EXCEL2010 and SPSS 19 software has been .The results showed there is a relationship between realistic personality type and cultural jobs with marital satisfaction, while this relationship was significant in respect of positivity. There is also a significant and positive relationship between social personality type and Cultural jobs with their marital satisfaction (p< 0.01). From the other side, the results show this fact that the relationship between searching personality type and Cultural jobs with marital satisfaction, tends to positivity and significance, meaning more searching personality tendency in couples leads to more marital satisfaction. Therefore, there is a positive and significant relationship between the enterprising and conventional personality types with marital satisfaction in the level (p< 0.01). IN addition, the value of determination coefficient showed contracting of couples only predicts about 3 percent of marital satisfaction variable variation. In this study, no positive and significant relationship was not observed in respect of Artistic personality type and marital satisfaction.
