شناسايي عوامل موثر تبديل دانش به ثروت از ديد خبرگان دانشگاه‌هاي استان گلستان

Identifying Effective Factors in Conversion of Knowledge to Wealth from the Experts Viewpoint of Golestan University Universities

رشد اقتصادي زماني اتفاق مي­افتد كه رشته­ ها و تحقيقات دانشگاهي تبديل به ثروت شود از اينرو، شناخت عوامل تبديل دانش به ثروت به يكي از دغدغه هاي جامعۀ دانشگاهي تبديل شده است. خط مشي هاي جديد دانشگاه ها تبديل دستاوردهاي تحقيقاتي خود فراهم آوردن محيط در جهت رشد اقتصادي، ثروت و رفاه عموم جامعه مي باشد، و بايستي تلاش هاي زيادي جهت انتقال و بكارگيري دانش در بخش هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و صنعت انجام دهند. الگوي علمي اين پژوهش براساس مصاحبه كيفي صورت گرفته با روساي دانشگاه­ها و نخبگان دانشگاهي و روش نمونه‌گيري به دو صورت هدفمند و گلوله‌ي برفي مي‌باشد و در نهايت با مراجعه به خبرگان، 22 مصاحبه كيفي صورت گرفت و با استفاده از تكنيك گرندد تئوري به شناسايي شاخص­ هاي تبديل دانش به ثروت در دانشگاههاي استان گلستان پرداخته شد ضرورت هر يك از مولفه هاي مدل استخراج شده براي تبديل دانش به ثروت بررسي گرديده، پژوهش با روش كدگذاري در سه مرحله باز، محوري و انتخابي تحليل شد. يافته­ ها بيانگر 9 كد اصلي استخراج و كدها در 3 محور گروه ­بندي شده ­اند. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي­دهد كه تاثيرگذارترين كدهاي هر معيار به فراهم آوردن محيط رقابتي، مكانيزم مالي، شاخص ­هاي آموزش و پژوهش بوده است.

Economic growth occurs when academic disciplines become wealth. Hence, knowing the factors of transforming knowledge into wealth has become one of the concerns of the academic community, New university policies transform their research achievements to create an environment conducive to economic growth, wealth and welfare of the general public, an‎d many efforts should be made to transfer and apply knowledge in the economic, social and industrial sectors. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the effective factors in converting knowledge to wealth from the viewpoint of the experts of the universities of Golestan province. The method of study is descriptive and of qualitative type, the statistical society according to the subject area including academic elites and sampling method in the form of snowball is. Referring to the experts, the necessity of each of the components of the extracted model for the conversion of knowledge to wealth has been investigated, Based on the findings of this research, 125 statements of 9 original codes are extracted and codes are grouped in 3 axes. The results of the research show that the most influential codes of each criterion were to provide a competitive environment, financial mechanism, education and research indicators
