چكيده فارسي :
حفظ اصل انقلاب و نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي و پايبندي به مباني و اهداف انقلاب و تلاش در جهت صدور انقلاب و جهاني‌سازي آن مستلزم انقلابي بودن، انقلابي ماندن و انقلابي عمل كردن است كه لازمة آن بسط گفتمان انقلابيگري در همه امور زندگي است و براي اين بسط نيز لازم است اين گفتمان به‌خوبي در آستانه دهه پنجم انقلاب تبيين گردد. محققين پس از تعيين ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي گفتمان انقلابيگري، با شناسايي وضعيت موجود كشور، براي دستيابي به وضعيت مطلوب درصدد تدوين راهبردهاي مناسب و راهكارهاي اجرايي براي دستيابي به اين راهبردها برآمدند.
پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ روش تحقيق، بر رويكرد آميخته متكي است؛ به اين صورت كه از روش كيفي با مصاحبه ساختاريافته و همچنين استفاده از اسناد، كتب و منابع مختلف علمي و فقهي به‌طور قابل ملاحظه‌اي از ابتداي تحقيق تا پايان، استفاده شده است. ضمن تحليل محتواي كيفي مطالب، بخش ديگر آن به‌صورت كمي و با روش پيمايش انجام گرفته است. در اين زمينه با طرح سؤالات در قالب پرسشنامه و بررسي نتايج آن، نقاط قوت، ضعف، تهديدها و فرصت‌هاي موجود استحصال و راهبردهاي مناسب براي رفع مشكلات مرتبط استخراج و مهم‌ترين راهبردها به شرح زير معرفي شده است.
1) عمق‌بخشي اعتقاد و باور عمومي به فصل‌الخطاب بودن ولي فقيه جهت پيشبرد آرمان‌ها و اهداف انقلاب و خنثي‌سازي توطئه‌ها و تبليغات دشمن؛
2) ارتقاي روحيه بسيجي، حماسي و جهادي در ميان مسئولين و مردم؛
3) افزايش اقتدار و قدرت بازدارندگي دفاعي- امنيتي ؛
4) ارتقاي ديپلماسي فعال و انقلابي ؛
5) اصلاح نظام اقتصادي كشور مبتني بر مباني اسلامي و با رويكرد اقتصاد مقاومتي.
چكيده لاتين :
Adhering to the principle of revolution and the sacred system of the Islamic Republic and adhering to the principles and goals of the revolution and striving for its revolution and its globalization requires being revolutionary, staying revolutionary, and acting revolutionary that involves the development of revolutionary discourse in all matters of life, and for this expansion also needs to be well explained on the eve of the fifth decade of the revolution.
After identifying the dimensions and components of the revolutionary discourse, the researchers sought to develop appropriate strategies and executive strategies for achieving the desired situation by identifying the current state of affairs.
The present research is based on a mixed approach in terms of research method, in that the qualitative method with structured interview as well as the use of various scientific, jurisprudential documents, books and sources has been used substantially from the beginning to the end of the research.
While analyzing the qualitative content of the material, the rest of it has been quantitatively analyzed by surveys. In this regard, by asking questions in the form of a questionnaire and reviewing its results, strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities are identified and appropriate strategies for resolving related problems are extracted and the most important strategies are presented as follows.
1) To deepen the belief in the comprehensiveness of the Velayat Faghih to advance the ideals and goals of the revolution and to thwart enemy conspiracies and propaganda.
2) To promote the Basij, epic morale and jihadist spirit among the authorities and the people
3) To increase defense-security deterrent authority and power
4) To promote active and revolutionary diplomacy
5) To reform the economic system of the country based on Islamic principles and with a resistance economy approach.
