Investigating the Relationship between Acceptance and Security in Provincial Dialogue

مقبوليت در واقع يكي از اركان و پايه‌هاي چهارگانه و اصلي حكومت و نظام سياسي به شمار مي‌رود و به ‌نوعي با امنيت، حفظ و تداوم آن در ارتباط است. حفظ و تداوم نظام سياسي حكومت‌ها نيز بالاترين ضريب امنيت ملي آن محسوب مي‌شود. پس بنابراين امنيت يك كشور به ميزان مقبوليت حكومت در نزد مردم بستگي دارد. به عبارتي ميان مقبوليت و امنيت ملي و حفظ و بقاي حكومت نوعي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد كه بر روي هم تأثير مي‌گذارند. از طرفي هم نظام سياسي براي افزايش ضريب امنيتي خود و مردم تدابير و اقداماتي را در دستور كار خود قرار مي‌دهد. تأمين رفاه، امنيت و پاسخ به خواسته‌هاي مشروع افراد جامعه و ايجاد رضايتمندي، مهم‌ترين مسائل امنيت ملي محسوب مي‌شود و نظام اسلامي به هر ميزان موفق‌تر عمل كند به همان ميزان از مقبوليت و حمايت مردمي نيز برخوردار مي‌گردد. در اين مقاله ضمن تبيين مفاهيم و شاخص‌هاي مقبوليت و امنيت در گفتمان اسلام، به رابطه ميان آن‌ها با الهام‌ از آموزه‌ها و معيارهاي اسلام و نظرات انديشمندان معاصر اسلامي مي‌پردازد، معيارها و شاخص‌هاي مقبوليت براي حفظ و تداوم نظام اسلامي با استفاده از نظرات صاحب‌نظران و كارشناسان احصاء، جمع‌بندي، تدوين و ارائه ‌شده است. در اين پژوهش از روش تحقيق تحليلي -توصيفي و از روش ميداني و مصاحبه براي گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است. با ارائه عوامل مؤثر و معرفي منابع مقبوليت‌ساز، منجر به افزايش امنيت در گفتمان اسلامي در پي پاسخ به اين سئوال مي‌باشد كه چه رابطه‌‌اي ميان مقبوليت و امنيت در گفتمان ولايت وجود دارد؟ با فرض اينكه، رابطه ­اي مستقيم، معنادار، بين اين مفاهيم وجود دارد، به بررسي و تحليل اين ارتباط بين مفاهيم ميپردازد. يكي از نتايج و يافته­ هاي مهم تحقيق حاضر اين است كه افزايش رضايتمندي و مقبوليت در جامعه و در بين آحاد مردم موجب ايجاد امنيت بيشتر و درنتيجه حفظ و تداوم نظام حاكم ميگردد.

In fact, acceptance is one of the four pillars of the Islamic state and is in some way related to the security and continuity of the political system. Maintaining the state and government is also the highest factor of national security and, of course, indispensable. So the security of a country depends on the acceptance of the government by the people. In other words, there is a meaningful relationship between government acceptance and security that influences one another. On the other hand, the political system is putting measures in place to increase its security and its people. Providing welfare, security and responding to the legitimate demands of society are among the most important issues of national security in the Islamic system that work to the extent that they are most successful. This article attempts to explain the concepts of acceptance and security in the province's discourse, inspired by Islamic teachings and the views of contemporary scholars. Descriptive analysis and field research (library and interview) have been used for data collection and presenting effective acceptance factors leads to increased security in provincial discourse in response to the question of A Relationship Between Acceptance and A. Is there ego in the provincial discourse? Assuming a direct, meaningful relationship between the two, it analyzes and analyzes the relationship.
