بررسي و تحليل نقش آينده‌نگري در پيشرفت سازمان با تفسيرپردازي از سيره‌ي مديريتي حضرت علي (ع)

آينده ­نگري از مهم­ترين اصول مديريت راهبردي و از جمله­ ي وظايف خطير و حياتى مديران است. مديران ارشد و عالي­ مقام سازمان با تكيه بر اين اصل، به بررسى جوانب و زواياى گوناگون آينده پرداخته و با شناسايي و طراحي افق ­هاي برنامه ­ها­ و اتخاذ تصميمات روزآمد، زمينه ­ي پيشرفت و موفقيت سازمان­ها را فراهم مي ­نمايند. با توجّه به جايگاه­ ويژه و والاي آينده ­نگري و فعاليت­هاي آينده ­نگرانه در ادبيات و فرهنگ اسلامي، بخصوص سيره و روش مديريتي حضرت علي(ع)، در اين تحقيق تلاش شده است با استنباط و بهره ­گيري از آموزه ­هاي مكتب علوي، و با تكيه بر روش توصيفي- تحليلي و پيمايش مراحل سه ­گانه­ ي توصيف، تحليل و تبيين، نقش و كاركردهاي مديريتي آينده ­نگري در پيشرفت سازمان مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. يافته­ هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه آينده ­نگري با ايجاد انگيزه، ايجاد آرامش روان، موفقيت در تصميم ­گيري، كاهش خطاي در برنامه ­ريزي، متمركز كردن فعاليت­ها، حلّ مشكلات ­و معضلات سازمان، استفاده­ ي بهينه از امكانات و فرصت­ها و افزايش اثربخشي و بهره ­ورى از منابع و امكانات، زمينه ­ي پيشرفت و اعتلاي سازمان را فراهم مي ­آورد. از اين­رو، شايد بتوان ادعا كرد عامل ديگري نتواند به اندازه­ي آينده ­نگري در پيشرفت و شكوفايي سازمان مؤثر باشد. همچنانكه، عدم توجّه به اين مسأله­ ي مهم، مي ­تواند پيامدهاى ناگوارى براى سازمان به دنبال داشته باشد؛ و چنانچه در امور مهم و سرنوشت­ ساز سازمان اين بي ­توجهى وجود داشته باشد، عواقبي همچون ناكامى و شكست و حتّي فروپاشي سازمان غيرقابل اجتناب خواهد بود.

Considering the special position of prosperity an‎d futuristic activities in Islamic literature and culture, Especially, Sire and method OF Imam Ali's management, In this research, we have tried to deduce and use the teachings of Alavi school, an‎d relying on the descriptive-analytical method and scrolling through the triple steps , Describe, Analysis and explanation, The roles and functions of prospective management are examined in the organization's progress. Research findings suggest that motivating prospects, Create a relaxed mood, Succeeding in decision making, Reducing planning errors, Solve problems and problems of the organization, Optimal use of facilities and opportunities and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of resources and facilities, Provides background for the organization's progress. Therefore, one can claim that another factor can not be as effective as the prospect of an organization's progress and prosperity. As failure to pay attention to this issue can have adverse consequences for the organization, and if this is a nuisance in the important and decisive affairs of the organization, The consequences of failures and failures and even the collapse of the organization will be unavoidable.
