فرامطالعه‌اي از پژوهش‌هاي حوزه‌ي مديريت اسلامي؛ مورد مطالعه پايان‌نامه‌هاي مقطع كارشناسي ارشد دانشكده معارف اسلامي و مديريت دانشگاه امام صادق (عليه السلام)

A meta-study of Islamic management research; A Case Study of Masters Theses in Faculty of Islamic Education and Management, Imam Sadegh University (PBUH

يكي از مراكز دانشگاهي كشور كه با مأموريت مرجعيت علمي در تدوين و توليد علوم‌انساني اسلامي اهتمام دارد، دانشگاه امام‌صادقA است. يكي از دانشكده‌هاي فعال در اين دانشگاه، دانشكدۀ معارف اسلامي و مديريت است كه با مرور پايان‌نامه‌هاي انجام‌شده در آن، مي‌توان دريافت كه بر اساس انتظارات برخاسته از نيازهاي جامعۀ اسلامي، گسترۀ متنوعي از پژوهش‌هاي مديريت اسلامي در قالب پايان‌نامه‌هاي كارشناسي ارشد در اين سال‌ها انجام شده و متناسب با مشرب و رويكردهاي مختلف اين حوزه، روش‌شناسي‌هاي گوناگوني مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. با مطالعه و بررسي اين پايان‌نامه‌ها، مي‌توان از روندهاي موجود تصويري شفاف داشت و با استفاده از تجربيات و مسيرهاي طي‌شده، از دوباره‌كاري‌ها در اين حوزه اجتناب كرد؛ بر اين اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه و شناسايي روندهاي موجود در پايان‌نامه‌هاي حوزۀ مديريت اسلامي در دانشكدۀ معارف اسلامي و مديريت دانشگاه امام‌صادقA است؛ بدين منظور در غربال اوليۀ فهرست پايان‌نامه‌هايي كه از بدو تأسيس دانشكده تا شهريور1394 دفاع شده بودند، بر اساس پنج شاخص اسلامي‌بودن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و در نهايت 147 پايان‌نامه بررسي شدند. با استفاده از مرور ادبيات و نظرات خبرگان، محورهاي روش‌شناسي، منبع‌شناسي مأخذ مورد استفاده در پژوهش، رويكردشناسي و موضوع‌شناسي پژوهشي به‌عنوان محورهاي اصلي در بررسي روندها و مقايسۀ پژوهش‌ها انتخاب شد و پايان‌نامه‌هاي انتخاب‌شده مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه در روش‌شناسي‌هاي اسلامي بيشترين رويكرد مورد استفاده در تحقيقات، رويكرد فقهي و كمترين رويكرد، سيره‌پژوهي است؛ همچنين از ميان سه رويكرد اصلي در توليد علم، رويكرد تهذيب و تكميل، بيشترين تحقيقات را به خود تخصيص داده است.

Imam Sadegh University is one of the academic centers of the country with the mission of scientific authority in compiling and producing Islamic humanities. One of the active colleges in this university is the faculty of Islamic Studies and Management, which by reviewing the theses, it can be found out that based on the expectations arising from the needs of the Islamic community, and a wide range of Islamic management research has been conducted in the form of master’s theses. an‎d according to different disposition and approaches in this field, different methodologies have been used. By studying these theses, one can get a clear picture of the existing trends and avoid re-working in the field using former experiences and followed paths. Thus, the purpose of this study was to study and identify trends in Islamic management theses in the faculty of Islamic Studies and Management in Imam Sadegh University. For this purpose, in the initial screening of the theses that were defended from the establishment of the faculty until September 2015, they were evaluated on the basis of five indicators of being Islamic and all in all 147 theses were reviewed. By reviewing the literature and expert opinions, the methodological axioms, the reference sources used in the research, research approachlogy and subjectology used as the main axes in examining trends and comparing researches were selected and theses were studied and analyzed. The results show that in Islamic methodologies the most used approach is jurisprudence research and the least approach is Sira studies. Furthermore, among the three main approaches to the production of science, it has devoted the most research to refinement and completing research.
