چرخه عمر، درماندگي مالي و استراتژي هاي تجديد ساختار: شواهدي از شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Life Cycle, Corporate Failure and Restructuring Strategies: Evidences of Tehran Security Exchange

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نقش چرخه عمر كسب و كار و درماندگي مالي بر استراتژي هاي تجديد ساختار است؛ بنابراين با انتخاب 180 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي سال هاي 1388 تا 1395 و با استفاده از رگرسيون لجستيك تأثير توأمان چرخه عمر و درماندگي مالي بر تجديد ساختار مديريتي، تجديد ساختار عملياتي و تجديد ساختار مالي، بررسي شده است. نتايج حاكي از تأثير درماندگي مالي بر تجديد ساختار مديريتي، عملياتي و مالي است. نهايتا بافته هاي پژوهش مبين اثر چرخه عمر و درماندگي مالي بر ابعاد مختلف استراتژي هاي تجديد ساختار مالي است.

Restructuring strategies by companies is selected play important roles to recover them from financial failure. On the other hand, one of the important components that should be taking into account is the determination of life circle in a company. Accordingly, the aim of the present research is to evaluate the effect of life cycle and financial failure on the sample structure renewal of 180 companies accepted in Tehran stock exchange. In fact, simultaneous effects of life circle and financial failure on strategy of structure renewal of management, renewal of operational structure, and renewal of financial structure have been studied. Research results demonstrate the effect of financial failure on strategies of the renewal of managerial and financial structure. Moreover, life circle has significant effect on the renewal of operational structure. Finally, research findings show the effect of life circle and financial failure on the facets of strategies of the renewal of financial structure.
