توسعه سياسي در تركيه، چشم‌اندازي آينده‌پژوهانه

اين مقاله در چهارچوب ادبيات نظري نهادگرايي و با روش روندپژوهي در صدد است به تحليل آينده توسعه سياسي تركيه و شرايط پيش­روي آن با توجه به ماهيت نهاد دولت بپردازد. از آغاز دوران مدرن، جمهوري تركيه تجربه ناهموار و پرنوساني از توسعه سياسي را سپري كرده­ است. از اين رو آينده فرايند توسعه سياسي در اين كشور موضوعي درخور توجه مي­ نمايد. موضوع اصلي مقاله آينده توسعه سياسي در تركيه با توجه به ماهيت نهادي دولت است. اين تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي، بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه­ اي اسنادي، پاسخ­گويي به اين پرسش اصلي را مدنظر دارد كه با توجه به تحولات دو دهه گذشته ماهيت نهادي دولت چه تاثيري بر آينده فرايند توسعه سياسي تركيه خواهد داشت؟ از موضع نهادگرايانه و با فرض اين­كه فرايند توسعه سياسي در تركيه در دو دهه اخير نتيجه مستقيم برنامه ها و سياست­هاي نهاد دولت بوده است، فرضيه مقاله به­اين صورت تقرير مي­شود كه با توجه به تجارب تاريخي گذشته، تحولات و مختصات ماهيت نهادي دولت در تركيه، روند توسعه سياسي نسبت به سياست­هاي اعمال شده نهاد دولت و هنجارهاي رسمي جامعه كماليستي قبل از دهه 80 با چالش­هاي كمتري مواجه خواهد بود.
