وارونگي رابطه ي نظر و عمل و پيامدهاي سياسي آن؛ با تاكيد بر ديدگاه ويتگنشتاين و مايكل اكشات

تاريخ انديشه ‌ي سياسي همواره تحت تاثير يك ديدگاه مسلم در مورد نسبت نظريه با عمل سياسي بوده است. بر مبناي اين ديدگاه، نظر بر عمل تقدم داشته و بدينسان هر كنش سياسي در گام نخست نياز به متابعت از يك نظريه ‌ي سياسي دارد. با اين حال، اين پيش ‌فرض كلاسيك فلسفي از سوي فيلسوفان متاخري همچون ويتگنشتاين و اكشات به چالش كشيده شده است. در همين راستا، اين پرسش اساسي قابل طرح است كه «از نظر ويتگنشتاين و اكشات، چه رابطه‌ اي ميان نظر و عمل وجود دارد و پيامدهاي سياسي آن چه مي‌تواند باشد؟» فرضيه ‌ي پژوهش از اين قرار است كه «ويتگنشتاين و اكشات برخلاف روال رايج، قائل به برتري عمل بر نظر و واژگوني ديدگاه سنتي تقدم نظر بر عمل هستند و به‌تبع آن سياست از حوزه ‌ي انتزاع محض فاصله گرفته و به زندگي روزمره وتجربه‌ ي زيسته ‌ي انسان نزديك مي‌شود و بدين‌ترتيب، درك ما از نظريه ‌ي سياسي و نسبت آن با عمل سياسي دچار تغييرات بنيادين مي‌شود». روش پژوهش، مقايسه‌ اي و چارچوب نظري، نظريه‌ ي انسان‌شناسانه ‌ي ويتگنشتاين و اكشات، يعني انسان بوطيقايي است.

The history of political thought has always been influenced by a certain view of the relation between theory and political action. According to this view, the idea of action takes precedence and thus every political action needs to adhere to a political theory. However, this classical philosophical presumption has been challenged by the later philosophers such as Wittgenstein and Oakeshott. In this regard, the fundamental question can be asked: »What is the relation between Wittgenstein and Oakeshott and what are its political implications? The research hypothesis is that: “Wittgenstein and Oakeshott, contrary to the common practice, prefer to overthrow the traditional view and overthrow the traditional view of action. an‎d consequently, politics departs from the realm of pure abstraction and comes closer to the daily life and experience of human life, and thus our understanding of political theory and its relation to political action undergoes fundamental changes. “The method of research is the comparative approach and theoretical framework, Wittgenstein›s anthropological theory and Michael Oakeshott theatrical man.
