The process of Iranian cultural change in recent decades

يكي از موضوعات اساسي همبسته با توسعه و نوسازي، تغييرات فرهنگي است. پژوهش‌ها نشان مي‌دهند در چند دهه اخير باورها، ارزش‌ها و نگرش‌هاي ايرانيان در حال تغيير بوده است. همچنين سمت و سوي اين تغيير از سنتي و مذهبي به سمت عرفي و مدرن شدن و شدت آن نيز در ميان طبقه تحصيلكرده جامعه بيشتر بوده است. عمده تحقيقات انجام شده تا كنون ناظر به ميزان، گستره و عوامل موثر بر اين تغييرات بوده‌اند. اين پژوهش با رويكرد فردگرايي روش شناختي در پي شناخت فرآيند اين تغييرات است و مي‌خواهد دريابد تغييرات فرهنگي در يك فرد به چه صورت، چگونه و چرا اتفاق مي‌افتند و مكانيزم اين تغيير چيست. براي اين منظور با استفاده از روش كيفي روايت‌پژوهي به بررسي و تحليل روايت زندگي 8 فرد پرداخته شده است. اگرچه شناخت دقيق فرآيند تغيير، مستلزم مطالعه كامل روايت‌ها و تحليل آن‌هاست؛ اما اجمالا نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه تفاوت ميان پرورش اجتماعي اوليه و ثانويه و ايجاد ناهماهنگي شناختي، تغيير منابع شناختي و ديگري‌هاي مهم زندگي فرد، منجر به تغييرات فرهنگي او در طول زمان مي‌شوند. همچنين الگوهاي تغيير در مردان عمدتا متاثر از وقايع كلان سياسي و اجتماعي و در مورد زنان مبتني بر تجارب زيسته و احوالات شخصي است.

Likewise, patterns of change in men are largely influenced by major political and social events and by women based on their life experiences and personal circumstances.
