چكيده فارسي :
حريم خصوصي يكي از بسترهاي جرم‌خيز در فضاي مجازي است. اين حريم، از جمله مهم‌ترين حقوق فردي است كه هم از نگاه شرع مقدس اسلام و هم از ديد قوانين كشورها و اسناد بين المللي، محترم و مصون از تعرض است. اما نقض حريم خصوصي و حفظ امنيت و سلامت كاربر در جامعه ما كم‌تر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از همين رو در اين نوشتار با پرداختن به حوزه اخلاق ديني، كه هم پشتوانه‌هاي استدلالي اخلاق كاربران را تحكيم مي‌بخشد و هم ضمانت اجراي كارآمدي در اختيار قرار مي‌دهد و نيز شرط مكمل راهبرد فردي- اخلاقي جامعه پذيري ديني، تقويت روحيه خود ديگرپنداري، آشناسازي با پيامد منطقي رفتار كاربران و نهادينه سازي امر به معروف و نهي از منكر است سعي در آموزش و بالابردن فرهنگ اجتماعي در خصوص جرايم سايبري شده است. همچنين به لحاظ اهميت محرمانگي داده‌ها و حفظ حريم خصوصي افراد در فضاي مجازي به تعريف اين عامل و نقشي كه دولت در آموزش اخلاق ديني به جامعه دارد پرداخته شده تا شايد نواقضي كه در اين زمينه وجود دارد، برطرف گردد.
چكيده لاتين :
Privacy is one of the fields of crime hotspots in cyberspace. This privacy is one of the most important individual rights which is respected and protected both from the sacred law of Islam’s point of view and from the perspective of international law and international documents. But violation of privacy and keeping protection of user safety and health have received less attention in our society. Therefore, the present essay which reinforces either the rationale bullion of ethics of users or known as the guarantee for effective implementation as well as providing a complement to the individual-ethical strategy of religious socialization, reinforcing the spirit of self-awareness, familiarity with logical consequence of user behavior and institutionalization of popularity and the prohibition of evil is the attempt to educate and elevate social culture about cybercrime by addressing the field of religious ethics. Also because of the importance of data privacy and privacy in cyberspace, the definition of this factor and the role that the government plays in teaching religious ethics to the society have been addressed and offered.
