A Criminological Analysis of White Marriage with a Sociological Approach

ازدواج سفيد از جرايم بدون بزه­‌ديده مستقيم و دربردارنده جرايم رابطه نامشروع، زنا و سقط جنين‌­هاي غيرقانوني است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت عوامل گرايش به ازدواج سفيد و تبيين جرم­‌شناختي آن با توجه به ابعاد جامعه‌­شناختي آن با روش مبتني بر رويكرد تركيبي كمي –كيفي انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اسلامشهر بود كه از ميان آنها 54 نفر به‌روش در دسترس براي ورود به بخش كمي پژوهش و 14 نفر به‌­روش هدف­دار و براساس رسيدن به اشباع نظري در مصاحبه، براي ورود به بخش كيفي پژوهش انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات پژوهش با استفاده از پرسش­‌نامه محقق‌­ساخته با 55 گويه جمع­‌آوري و داده­‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون تحليل شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان‌­دهنده رابطه معني­‌دار و مستقيم ازدواج سفيد با عقايد فمينيستي، عدم اعتقاد به هنجارها و اصول مذهبي، شرايط بد اقتصادي و بيكاري، مخالفت با ازدواج سنتي، لذت‌­طلبي، دوستي با افراد سابقه‌­دار در ازدواج سفيد، ازهم‌گسستگي خانواده، فقدان كيفرگذاري مستقل براي ازدواج سفيد، عدم نظارت همگاني، كسب حمايت براي زنان و عدم تعهد و مسئوليت در ازدواج سفيد است.

White marriage is a crime which does not have any direct victims and encompasses the crimes of prohibited relations, adultery, and illegal abortions. This research aimed to identify the factors of tendency to white marriage and explain it sociologically regarding its sociological aspects using a qualitative-quantitative approach. The population included all students of Islamic Azad University in the city of Eslamshahr and 54 of them were selected by the convenience sampling for the quantitative part of this research and 14 of them were purposefully selected, based on the theoretical saturation of the interview, for the qualitative part. The data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire with 55 statements and they were analyzed by the t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. According to the results, white marriage has a significant and positive relationship with feminist beliefs, the lack of belief in religious norms and principles, bad economic situations and unemployment, opposition to traditional marriage, pleasure-seeking, friendship with people having an experience in white marriage, family breakup, the lack of independent punishment for white marriage, the lack of public oversight, gaining support for women and the lack of commitment and responsibility in white marriage.
