فراتحليل پژوهش‌هاي مرتبط با رابطه عملكرد پليس جامعه‌محور و احساس امنيت

A meta-analysis of research on the relationship between community-based police performance and security feeling

زمينه و هدف: رشد تحقيقات در حوزۀ رابطۀ عملكرد پليس با احساس امنيت، استفاده از روش فراتحليل در اين زمينه را ضرورتي مضاعف مي‌بخشد. لذا هدف اصلي از اجراي پژوهش حاضر، بازخواني و بازتحليل تحقيقات انجام شده در اين حوزه و تجزيه و تحليل مجدد و تركيب نتايج حاصل از تحقيقات براي نظريه‌سازي و حل مسئله احساس ناامني است. روش‌: پژوهش‌ حاضر از نوع فراتحليل است. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش از لحاظ موضوعي، كليۀ مطالعات و طرح‌هاي تحقيقاتي مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش از سال 1384 تا سال 1394 و در سطح كل كشور است كه در يكي از پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعات علمي كشور نمايه شده‌اند و در كل تعداد 313 مطالعه يافت شد. جهت نمونه‌گيري از جامعۀ يادشده، 52 سند پژوهشي كه حائز شرايط و ملاك‌هاي انتخاب بود، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و با به‌كارگيري نسخۀ دوم نرم‌افزار سي.ام.اي. (CMA) مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: نتايج حاصل از تحليل آماري نشان مي‌دهد كه در 52 مورد از پژوهش‌هاي موردنظر، رابطۀ بين عملكرد پليس و احساس امنيت با اطمينان 99 درصد معنادار است و ميانگين اندازۀ اثر عملكرد پليس (اثرات تركيبي تصادفي) بر احساس امنيت در نمونۀ مورد پژوهش، معادل 424/0 است. نتيجه‌گيري: براساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش، عملكرد پليس با ابعاد كنترل و نظارت، سرمايه‌هاي اجتماعي پليس، كارآمدي، مشاركت، پيشگيري از جرم، فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي پليس، رفتار حرفه‌اي، پاسخگويي، اطلاع‌رساني، قاطعيت و برخورد محترمانه پليس و غيره مي‌تواند تبيين‌گر بخشي از مسئله و موضوع احساس امنيت در جامعه باشد.

Background and aim: The growth of investigations into the relationship of police performance with security feeling makes the use of a meta-analysis approach doubly necessary. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study is to review and re-analyze the research done in this field and to re-analyze and combine the results of the research to theorize and solve the problem of insecurity feeling. Research methodology: The present study is a meta-analysis. In terms of thematically, the statistical population of the study consists of all studies and research projects related to the research subject from 2005 to 2015 at the entire country and indexed in one of the country's scientific databases; a total of 313 studies were found. For sampling from this population, 52 research documents which fulfill the inclusion criteria were selected and evaluated using second version of CMA software. Findings: The results of the statistical analysis show that in 52 cases, the relationship between police performance and sense of security with 99% confidence is significant and the average effect of police performance (Random combination effects) on security feeling in the sample is equal to 0.424. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, police performance in terms of control and supervision, police social capital, efficiency, participation, crime prevention, police social activities, professional behavior, accountability, information, decisiveness, respectful attitude and etc. can be explanatory part of the security feeling in community.
