رسالت جديد ملت ايران در «گام دوم انقلاب» و فصل جديد زندگي جمهوري اسلامي، با ورود به دهه پنجم بعد از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي، جامعه پردازي است. مرحله اي كه بعد از نظام سازي و دولت سازي مقدمه تمدن اسلامي-ايراني در شكل نوين آن و مطلع بايسته ي طلوع خورشيد ولايت عظمي بوده و مناسبات زندگي اجتماعي انسان ها را در هزاره جاري تحت تأثير قرار مي دهد. اما اين جامعه سازي خود مبتني بر شعارهاي انقلاب اسلامي ، روحيه و حركت انقلابي است، سوالي كه در اين ميان ارزش طرح و بررسي دارد اين است كه آيا ميان «جوشش انقلابي» كه مقتضاي تحرك، بسيج، خصال جهادي، حركت و تغيير خواهي مستمر است و «جامعه سازي» كه برايند نظم و ثبات اجتماعي است، تضاد و تنافري وجود ندارد؟ در مقام پاسخ به اين سوال و با روش توصيفي و تحليلي با ابتنا به انديشه مقام معظم رهبري به دست آمد كه ميان انقلابي گري و نظم اجتماعي و حتي نظم سياسي تضاد و تنافري وجود ندارد، بلكه اتفاقاً از بايسته هاي شكل دهي به جامعه مطلوب در انديشه هاي اجتماعي آيت الله خامنه اي ، انقلابي گري نظام اسلامي در معناي واقعي آن است.
