چكيده فارسي :
در ادله عقلي و نقلي، امانت‌انگاري نفس مورد تاكيد قرار گرفته و احكام و لوازم آن، ازجمله وجوب رد امانت و ضمان در تربيت نفس كه مهم‌ترين سرمايه انسان است، تاثير بسزايي دارد. پژوهش پيش‌رو با روش توصيفي تحليلي و كنكاش در آموزه‌هاي ديني، در كنار بهره‌گيري از لوازم امانت‌انگاري نفس، به اين نتيجه رسيده كه حفظ نفس، به‌عنوان يك امانت الهي، واجب شرعي است و نگهداري اين وديعه الهي از رهگذر شناسايي آفات و آسيب‌ها و مقابله با آن و فراهم‌سازي بسترها و شرايط لازم براي شادابي و طراوت نفس، ميسر است، و نداشتن طراوت نفساني كه در سايه حركت به سوي خداوند و تقرب به او ميسر است با تباهي همراه است. از آفات تهديدكننده نفس مي‌توان به دوستان و محيط نامناسب، خوشحالي از فزوني مال و داشتن آرزوهاي دراز، غفلت، عدم اعتدال در گفتار، افراط در پاسخ‌گويي به خواسته‌هاي نفساني، ناآگاهي نسبت به نقشه‌هاي شيطان نام برد، و از تقوا و مداومت بر ياد خدا، ياد آخرت، انجام تفريحات سالم، و عدم افراط در پرداختن به مسائل معنوي، به عنوان بسترها و شرايط لازم براي شادابي نفس مي‌توان نام برد.
چكيده لاتين :
Considering the soul as a trust has been emphasized in the intellectual and traditional teachings, and its rules and regulations, including the necessity of returning the trust to its owner, and the bail for its cultivating, which is the most important human capital, has a significant impact. Using a descriptive-analytical method and while focusing on the religious teachings, and utilizing the consequences of considering the soul as a trust, this paper has come to this conclusion that, preserving the soul, as a divine trust, is an obligatory religious duty to all, though protecting this divine gift realizes through the recognition and treatment of its pests and injuries, and providing the basics and conditions for its freshness; besides the fact that neglecting the sensual freshness, which is achieved through moving toward God, is destroyer. Some of the threatening pests of the soul include inappropriate friends and environment, having interest to the property, having long aspirations, neglecting, lack of moderation in speech, extreme response to the desires of the soul, and lack of awareness towards the Satan's plans. On the other side, elements such as piety, remembrance of God, healthy recreation, and avoiding extremism in spiritual matters can be considered as the basics and conditions for the happiness of the soul.
