ريشه يابي مسائل تهران امروز با رويكرد هرمنوتيك فلسفي

Finding the roots of the problems of Tehran based on the philosophical hermeneutic approach

بيان مسأله: تهران امروز دچار مسايل و مشكلات بسياري است كه حيات و هويت در تهران را با تهديدي جدي مواجه مي‌كند و ضرورت انديشيدن به اين مسائل و ريشه‌يابي آن‌ها را پديدار كرده است. عمده تحقيقات كنوني در باب مسائل تهران، به واكاوي خود مسئله مي پردازد تا ريشه يابي آن. خلاء تحقيقاتي كه لايه هاي زيرين مسائل شهري را بالاخص در تهران واكاوي كند، مساله اي است كه اين تحقيق در پي رفع آن است. هدف: هدف از اين تحقيق،دستيابي به دلايل ريشه اي مسائلي است كه گريبانگير كلانشهر تهران است. شناسايي ريشه ها، مي تواند نقش موثري در جهت گيري اقدامات برنامه ريزانه در راستاي حل مسائل شهري باشد. روش:تحقيق حاضر از نوع بنيادي و به لحاظ روشي، تحليلي- تفسيري و به لحاظ راهبرد، كيفي است. در اين مسير با استفاده از تكنيك‌هاي كدگذاري‌هاي باز و محوري و با اتكا به دور هرمنوتيكي نتايج مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مقوله اصلي (ريشه اصلي) تاثيرگذار در بروز مسائل تهران امروز، «رفتار انساني» است؛ با اين حال رفتار انساني خود در رابطه اي ديالكتيكي، تحت تاثير و تاثيرگذار بر زمينه هاي اجتماعي، سياسي، آموزشي و فكري و فرهنگي جامعه است. نتيجه: نتيجه تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه شهرسازي در ايران چه در حوزه آموزش و چه در حوزه حرفه، نيازمند بازنگري جدي است. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق، مفاد اين بازنگري بايد به گونه‌اي باشد كه اولا ماهيت غيرقابل تفكيك و درهم تنيده موضوعات و مسائل شهري به رسميت شناخته شود؛ ثانيا تاثير و تاثرات زمينه‌هاي فكري و آموزشي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي و... بر مسائل شهري در مركز توجه قرار گيرد. ثالثا با توجه به نكته پيشين، براي حل و فصل و يا رفع و رجوع مسائل نيز نبايد صرفا متكي به ابزارهاي فني رشته و حرفه بود و مي‌بايست به صورت سيستمي و كل‌گرايانه زمينه‌هاي فكري و آموزشي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي را مدنظر قرار داد.

Background: Today, Tehrān has many problems and we have named the most serious of them as the tribulations. These tribulations create conditions that pose a serious threat to the life and identity in Tehrān. So, the need to think about these tribulations and finding their roots has emerged. Objectives: The present study tries to answer this question: what is the root of the contemporary problems in Tehrān? To address the tribulations of Tehrān, at first a philosophical framework was considered to address it through overviewing these tribulations and reviewing the related literature. Then, using the qualitative interpretive-hermeneutic method, based on the semi-structured in-depth interviews with experts, the roots of Tehrān's tribulations were discussed. The purpose of this method was not merely to provide an understanding of the interviewees, but to realize a shared understanding between the researchers and the interviewees. Method: The data were analyzed using the open and axial coding techniques, and based on the hermeneutical circle. Result: The results showed that the main category influential on the contemporary tribulations of Tehrān is "the human behavior" which according to the rule of the hermeneutical circle is strongly influenced by the economic, cultural, social, educational, and intellectual contexts. Conclusion: The human behavior is the central category and it is the cause of the contemporary tribulations of Tehrān, it is itself dialectically influenced by the mentioned contexts and also influential on them. Based on such teaching, the results of this research have been formulated.
