Crisis Components in EU-US Relations during the Trump (2017-2018)

جايگاه روابط فراآتلانتيكي در ساختار اصلي نظام بين‌الملل و نقش اين روابط در شكل‌دهي به رويه‌هاي قدرت از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. اهميت اين روابط در جريان جنگ‌هاي جهاني و پس از جنگ سرد نمود بيشتري پيدا كرده است. دو طيف قدرتي كه در ساختارهاي نظام بين‌الملل بيشترين ميزان هماهنگي را با يكديگر دارند؛ اما اين روابط در دوران ترامپ شكل ديگري به خود گرفته و در برخي از موارد موجب تزلزل شده است. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي مؤلفه‌هاي بحران‌زا در روابط يعني ايالات ‌متحده و اتحاديه اروپا در دوران ترامپ مي‌باشد كه مي‌توان آن‌ها را در توافقنامه پاريس، روابط امنيتي و دفاعي مشترك، مسئله صلح خاورميانه و برجام بيان كرد. پرسش پژوهش اين است كه چه مواردي به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌هاي بحران‌زا در روابط اتحاديه اروپا و ايالات ‌متحده در دوران ترامپ وجود دارد؟ فرضيه اين است كه آنچه در سياست خارجي ترامپ بيشتر نمايان شده است، واگرايي در زمينه‌هاي مختلف با اتحاديه اروپا مي‌باشد كه مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي بحران‌زا در سياست خارجي وي عبارت‌اند از؛ سياست‌هاي دفاعي و امنيتي، توافقنامه هسته‌اي، مسئله صلح خاورميانه و توافقنامه پاريس. روش پژوهش در اين مقاله توصيفي- تحليلي است و براي گردآوري اطلاعات نيز عمدتاً از روش كتابخانه‌اي و مطالعه سايت‌ها استفاده ‌شده است.

The position of transatlantic relations in the structure of the international system and the role of these relations in the processes of power structures is of great importance. The two power spectra that have the greatest degree of coordination in the international system structures, but the relations have taken on a different form during the Tramp era, and in some cases it has been instable. What has been pointed out in this study is the critical components of the relationship between the two sides, the United States and the European unio‎n, during the Tramp era, which can be expressed in the Paris Agreement, the common security and defense ties and the Middle East peace process. Research question: What are the critical components of EU-US relations during the Tramp era? The research hypothesis; what is more apparent in the foreign policy of Trump is a divergence in various fields with the European unio‎n that the most important components of the crisis in its foreign policy; defense and security policies, the nuclear agreement, the Middle East peace deal and the Paris agreement. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and for information gathering, it is mainly used in library and site studies.
