بررسي امكان پيدايش و شكل‌گيري دولت بيطرف در جمهوري اسلامي ايران و جهان سوم از موضوعات چالش برانگيز عرصه سياست خارجه و روابط بين‌الملل به شمار مي‌رور و هميشه اين سوال درباره جمهوري اسلامي ايران مطرح بوده است كه به وجود آمدن يك دولت بيطرف در فضاي كنوني جامعه جهاني و به ويژه داخلي كشور آن‌‌هم با توجه به مولفه‌هاي اصلي يك دولت بيطرف در كشور قدرتمندي همچون جمهوري اسلامي ايران چگونه خواهد بود، ارزيابي اين مسئله كه استقرار اين دولت‌ها چه اهدافي را در دنيا دنبال مي‌كند و همچنين براساس سابقه تاريخي كشورمان در اعلام بيطرفي درمي‌يابيم كه استقرار دولت بيطرف در جمهوري اسلامي ايران با اهداف انقلاب اسلامي در تضاد است زيرا دولت‌هاي بيطرف دولت‌هايي هستند كه از موقعيت حساس و استراتژيك برخوردار نيستند و همگي از ضعف‌هايي عميق در ابعاد مختلف برخوردارند و از سهم خواهي در مناقشات بين‌المللي و سياست خارجه در برابر مصونيت نسبي چشم پوشي مي‌كنند هرچند در جهان سوم اغلب دولت‌ها ضعيف هستند اما ايران به دليل خودكفايي در عرصه نظامي، جغرافيايي سياسي ويژه و رابطه حاكميت با دولت نمي‌تواند اعلام بيطرفي كند چرا‌كه اسلام‌خواهي و اسلام‌گرايي برخاسته از انقلاب اسلامي در تضاد آشكار با دولت بيطرف است از سويي ديگر جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان يك ابرقدرت منطقه‌اي و قدرت اقتصادي و نظامي مطرح است از اين رو شكل‌گيري دولت بيطرف در جمهوري اسلامي ايران غير‌ممكن مي‌نمايد

Examining the possibility of the emergence and formation of a neutral government in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Third World is one of the most challenging issues in the field of foreign policy and international relations, and the question of the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been raised. and especially the interior of the country, considering the main components of a neutral government in a powerful country such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, what is the purpose of establishing these states in the world and also based on the historical background of our country in declaring neutrality? The establishment of a neutral government in the Islamic Republic of Iran contradicts the goals of the Islamic Revolution because neutral states are states that do not have a sensitive and strategic position and all have deep weaknesses in various dimensions and share in international conflicts and foreign policy against relative immunity. Although most governments are weak in the Third World, Iran cannot declare neutrality due to self-sufficiency in the military, geopolitical geography, and governance relations with the Islamic State. Wahhabism and Islamism arising from the Islamic Revolution are in stark contrast to the neutral government. On the other hand, the Islamic Republic of Iran is considered a regional superpower and economic and military power, so the formation of a neutral government in the Islamic Republic of Iran is impossible.
