بررسي و تحليل تأثير برگزيت بر سياست امنيتي- دفاعي مشترك اروپا

Investigating and analyzing the impact of Bargzit on the common European security-defense policy

بريتانيا يكي از قدرت­هاي بزرگ است كه همواره در تحولات بين­ المللي نقش مهم و تاثيرگذاري داشته است. اين كشور نقش به سزايي در كندكردن سرعت همگرايي در اروپا داشته و همواره با تبديل اين اتحاديه به يك فدراسيون اروپايي مخالفت كرده است. علاوه بر اين، بريتانيا روي خوشي به سياست خارجي و امنيتي مشترك اروپا نشان نداده است و درصدد اتخاذ سياست­هاي مستقلانه در حوزه امنيتي و دفاعي برآمده است. پرسش اصلي پژوهش اين است كه برگزيت چه تأثيري بر سياست دفاعي و امنيتي مشترك اروپا داشته است؟ فرضيۀ مقاله بيانگر اين است كه خروج بريتانيا از اتحاديه اروپا به عنوان كشوري هسته ­اي و داراي حق­ وتو، ضمن كاهش وزن و قدرت چانه ­زني اروپا در سطح بي ن­الملل، اجراي شماري از پروژه ­هاي دفاعي انگلستان را دچار وقفه مي­كند، كه اين خود مي­تواند به كاهش توان نظامي و دفاعي اروپا منجر شود. از سويي، با توجه به اين­كه بريتانيا به عنوان اهرمي در دست آمريكا براي فشار به اروپا به حساب مي­آيد؛ لذا برگزيت مي­تواند از ميزان نفوذ آمريكا بر اروپا بكاهد و از سوي ديگر، فرصتي براي فرانسه و آلمان جهت تلاش براي ايجاد ارتش واحد اروپايي تلقي گردد. پژوهش حاضر با تكيه بر روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با بهره ­مندي از منابع كتابخانه­ اي و اينترنتي انجام مي­شود.

The main question of the research is what effect has the election had on Europe's common defense and security policy? The paper hypothesizes that Britain's withdrawal from the European unio‎n as a nuclear-vetoed country, while reducing Europe's weight and bargaining power at the international level, will hamper the implementation of a number of British defense projects, which could reduce military power. and lead to European defense. On the other hand, given that Britain is considered a lever in the hands of the United States to put pressure on Europe; Thus, Bergzeit could reduce the US influence on Europe and, on the other hand, be an opportunity for France and Germany to try to create a single European army. The present study is based on descriptive-analytical method and using library and internet resources.
