رابطه بين ويژگي هاي شخصيتي، رفتار اخلاقي و احساس گناه با رفتار شهروندي اجباري

The Relationship between Personality Traits, Moral Behavior and the Feeling of Guilt with Compulsory Citizenship Behavior

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين رابطة بين ويژگيهاي شخصيتي، رفتار اخلاقي و احساس گناه با رفتار شهروندي اجباري بود. بدين منظور 320 نفر از دبيران دبيرستانهاي دخترانه شهر اصفهان به شيوة تصادفي طبقه اي و متناسب با سهم جمعيتي هر ناحيه به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش، عليّ- همبستگي و ابزار پژوهش شامل مقياس رفتار شهروندي اجباري ويگودا- گادوت، سياهه ويژگيهاي شخصيتي كاستا و مك كري، مقياس رفتار اخلاقي لوزير و مقياس احساس گناه مارشال، سانفنتر و تانگني بود. داده ها از طريق ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين ويژگيهاي شخصيتي (ويژگيهاي برون گرايي، دلپذير بودن و باوجدان بودن) با رفتار شهروندي اجباري رابطه منفي، ويژگي انعطاف پذيري رابطه منفي و ويژگي روان گسسته رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتايج الگوسازي معادله ساختاري نشان داد كه از بين ويژگيهاي شخصيتي، بعد با وجدان بودن و دلپذير بودن با رفتار اخلاقي رابطة معنادار و مستقيم دارد. همچنين ويژگيهاي باوجدان بودن، انعطافپذيري، برونگرايي و روان گسستگي با احساس گناه رابطه معنادار و مستقيم و متغير رفتار اخلاقي و احساس گناه رابطه مستقيم و معنادار با رفتار شهروندي اجباري دارند.

The aim of the current study was to study the relationship between personality traits, moral behavior and the feeling of guilt with compulsory citizenship behavior. Thus, 320 teachers at Isfahan female high schools were chosen by stratified random sampling method and proportional to demographic share of each region as a sample. The research method was casual-comparative-correlation method and the study tools included the measures of Vigoda-Gadot Compulsory Citizenship Behavior Scale, Costa & McCrae, Personality Traits Inventory, Lussier, Moral Behavior Inventory, The Feeling of Guilt Scale Marschall, Sanftner & Tangney. The data was analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient and the structural equation modeling. Results revealed that, there was a negative relationship between personality traits (the extroversion characteristics, being pleasant, being conscientious) with compulsory citizenship behavior, and a negative relationship with flexibility, and a significant and positive relationship with psychotic characteristic. Results of the structural equation modeling showed that between personality traits, there is a direct and significant relationship between the dimensions of being conscientious and being pleasant with moral behavior. In addition there was a direct and significant relationship between the characteristics of being conscientious, flexibility, extroversion and psychotic with the feeling of guilt, and there was a direct and significant relationship between moral behavior variable and the feeling of guilt with compulsory citizenship behavior
