ارزيابي تأمين كنندگان شركت پي وي سي صبا برحسب شاخص هاي پايداري با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي خاكستري

SABA PVC Suppliers Evaluating According to Sustainability Indices Based on Gray Theory Approach

رويكرد پايداري بر طراحي و عمليات انسان و سيسـتم ها در راستاي استفاده انسان از منابع و چرخه­ هاي طبيعي منجر به از دست رفتن فرصت­هاي اقتصادي يا اثرات مضر بر شرايط اجتماعي، سلامت انسان و محيط­زيست يا به عبارت كلي كاهش كيفيت زندگي نشود، تمركز دارد. براي بقاي پايداري زنجيره تأمين، همه اعضاي زنجيره تأمين شامل تأمين كنندگان، توليدكنندگان، توزيع كنندگان و مديران بايد پايداري را حفظ كنند. در اين راستا، ارزيابي عملكرد و انتخاب تأمين­ كنندگان به­ عنوان يكي از اجزاء اصلي زنجيره تأمين نقش مهمي در پايداري سيستم ايفا مي­ كند. در اين پژوهش از روش فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) در محيط خاكستري براي رتبه­ بندي و انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان استفاده شده است. اين پژوهش شامل دو جامعه آماري بوده كه جامعه اول شامل اعضاي 8 نفره كميته فني و تخصصي انجمن توليدكنندگان پي وي سي ايران است كه در استخراج شاخص­ها از نظر آنها بهره برده شده است. جامعه دوم شامل افرادي است كه در پروژه انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان شركت پيويسي صبا درگير هستند و تعداد آنها 15 نفر4 مي­ باشد. انتخاب اين خبرگان از طريق بررسي­ هاي لازم از لحاظ تجربه كاري آنها در اين صنعت و آشنايي با قلمرو موضوعي اين پژوهش صورت گرفته است. با توجه به حجم كم جامعه آماري، نمونه­ گيري انجام نشده است. در اين پژوهش شاخص هاي مؤثر بر انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان در شركت پيويسي صبا در قالب سه بعد پايداري (اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست­ محيطي) و 15 شاخص فرعي شناسايي و بعد از انجام مقايسات، بعد اقتصادي به­ عنوان مهمترين بعد پايداري مؤثر بر انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان و عوامل قيمت پيشنهادي، ميزان بازيافت و ميزان كاركنان آموزش­ ديده نيز به­ عنوان مهم­ترين عوامل فرعي شناخته شده­اند. سپس به مقايسه و اولويت­ بندي شش تأمين كننده سازمان پرداخته شد كه شركت همپار بالاترين اولويت را در ميان تأمين­ كنندگان كسب كرد.

Sustainability approach to ensure that human use of natural cycles and resources does not lead to a decrease in quality of life due to the loss of future economic opportunities or harmful effects on social conditions, human health and the environment, emphasizing the design and operation of humans and systems. In order to maintain the sustainability of the supply chain, all supply chain members, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and managers, should take the sustainability principles into account. In this regard, performance appraisal and supplier selection, as one of the main components of the supply chain, plays an important role in system Sustainability. The determination of performance indicators that lead to the sustainability of suppliers are categorized into economic, social and environmental indicators. These indices have a special interest in the relationship of humans to each other and the relationship between human and the environment. The purpose of this research is to provide a gray decision making method for choosing suppliers based on the sustainability approach at SABA PVC Company. In this study, Multi-Criteria Decision Making method in gray environment has been used to select suppliers and GAHP has been used to calculate the weight and ranking of suppliers. The statistical population of this study includes 15 persons those who are involved in the selection of SABA PVC’s suppliers. In this research, the effective indicators of the selection of suppliers in SABA PVC Company are identified in the form of 3 dimensions of sustainability and 15 sub-indicators, and finally the economic dimension is known as the most important dimension of sustainability effects on the choice of suppliers. Then, the comparison and prioritization of the 6 suppliers is done and Hampar Company gets the highest priority among the six suppliers.
