Overview of the supply chain of complex industries related defense in the world

در دهه گذشته يكي از راهبردهاي اصلي در صنايع دفاعي، استفاده از ظرفيت موجود در شبكه همكاران داخلي و بيروني بوده است تا با واگذاري فعاليت‌هاي غيرحساس خود به سايرين بتوانند تمركز خود را بر فرآيندهاي كليدي خود قرار دهند. اما از طرفي عمده محصولات دفاعي ماهيتي پيچيده داشته و از تيراژ كم برخوردارند. اين مسئله شبكه را با چالش مواجه مي­ سازد، زيرا از يك طرف تنوع محصولات و قطعات و از طرف ديگر تيراژ كم آنها جذابيت همكاراي را از طرف تأمين‌كننده كاسته و اين چالش مي‌تواند در كنار كمبود­هاي نقدينگي حال حاضر هزينه‌هاي زماني و مالي بيشتري را بر تأمين‌كنندگان و صنايع دفاعي تحميل كند. يكي از راهكار­هايي كه مي‌توان براي رفع اين مشكل استفاده كرد، استفاده از بهترين تجربيات صنايع پيچيده در جهان در اين زمينه است. شركت‌هايي كه توانسته­ اند به خوبي بر اين چالش‌ها فائق آيند و در بحث راهبرد زنجيره تأمين و مديريت شبكه همكاران رويكردهاي نويني را در پيش بگيرند و علاوه­بر كاهش هزينه‌هاي مالي، زمان و هزينه توسعه را نيز كاهش داده و از شبكه همكاران قوي و وفادار بهترين بهره را ببرند. در اين راستا با استفاده از روش اكتشافي به بررسي رويكرد­هاي شركت‌هاي بزرگ در اين زمينه مانند تويوتا، بوئينگ، ايرباس، امبرائر پرداخته شد. نتيجه بررسي­ها نشان داد كه شركت­ ها براي غلبه بر اين چالش­ ها به دنبال محصولات ماژولار، عمودي­ سازي ساختار زنجيره تأمين و ماژولار كردن آن، زنجيره تأمين چند حلقه­ اي و .... هستند

In the past decade, one of the main strategies in the defense industries of Iran has been the use of capacity available on the network of both domestic and foreign partners to be able to focus on key processes by submission of non-essential activities. But on the other hand, most defense products have complex nature and low circulation. This challenges the network, because of the variety of products and components and their low circulation reduces the charm of cooperation from the supplier. This challenge due to lack of liquidity, can impose more financial and time costs on the supplier and defense industries. One of the solutions that can be used to solve this problem is the use of best practices of the world’s complex industries in this field. Companies, by utilizing a strong and loyal collaboration network were able to overcome well with these challenges and in the subject of the supply chain strategy and collaboration network management adopt new approaches and in addition to reducing financial costs, reduce the time and cost of development. In this regard, the approach of large companies such as Toyota, Boing, Airbus and Embraer was studied using exploratory method. The results of studies showed that companies follow modular products, vertical supply chain structure, modular supply chain, multi-tier supply chain and … to overcome these challenges
