بررسي علل پديدايي اختلال اضطراب تعميم يافته در كودكان پيش دبستاني از منظر متخصصان علوم رفتاري

Investigating the Causes of Generalized Anxiety Disorder in Preschool Children from the Perspective of Behavioral Scientists

اختلالات اضطرابي از شايع ترين اختلالات دوران كودكي هستند و به طور مشخص، اختلال اضطراب تعميم يافته به دليل علائمي كه اساس بسياري از اختلالات اضطرابي قرار مي گيرند، از اهميت بسياري برخوردار است. براساس طرح رويكرد نظريه زمينه اي، نوزده روان شناس و روانپزشك با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند، انتخاب و داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته و تعاملي تا رسيدن به اشباع اطلاعات گردآوري شدند. حاصل اين مصاحبه ها، مجموعه هايي از مضامين اوليه بود كه طي فرايند كدگذاري باز، گردآوري و از درون آنها مقوله هايي استخراج شد. سپس در مرحلۀ كدگذاري محوري، پيوند ميان مقوله ها برقرار شد و در ادامه، مرحلۀ كدگذاري انتخابي صورت گرفت. در اين پژوهش شرايط علي اختلال اضطراب تعميم يافته به موارد ژنتيك، خلق و خوي كودك، مشكلات/ اختلالات والدين، مشكلات/ اختلالات كودك، فرزندپروري نامناسب، مشكلات ساير چهره هاي دلبستگي (بهجز والدين) و شرايط نامناسب مركز پيش دبستاني )رفتار مسئولين و مربيان مركز پيش دبستاني تقسيم مي شود. در پديدۀ محوري به عدم آموزش و درمان مناسب اشاره شده است. عوامل مداخله گر عبارتاند از: مسائل و مشكلات اقتصادي و شرايط زمينه اي شامل شرايط زمان بارداري/ تولد، مشكلات مربوط به جو خانواده، تأثير رسانه ها و شبكه هاي اجتماعي، مسائل مربوط به كودكان ديگر/ همسالان، مسائل و مشكلات اجتماعي. پيامد مثبت به صورت پيشگيري و درمان اختلال اضطراب تعميم يافته و پيامد منفي، ابتلا به اين اختلال و علائم آن است.

Anxiety disorders are one of the most common childhood disorders, and generalized anxiety disorder is especially important because of the symptoms that underlie many anxiety disorders. The present study was conducted using a grounded theory approach to investigating the causes of generalized anxiety disorder in preschool children. 19 psychologists and psychiatrists were selected by purposeful sampling and data were collected through semi-structured and interactive interviews to reach information saturation. The result of these interviews was a collection of basic themes that were collected through open coding process and then categories were extracted from them. Then in axial coding stage, a link was established between the categories and the selected coding stage was performed. In this study causal conditions of generalized anxiety disorder were categorized into genetics, child mood, parental problems/ disorders, child problems/disorders, inappropriate parenting, problems with other attachment objects (except parents) and inappropriate preschool conditions (Behavior of officials and trainers of preschool center). Economic problems were mentioned at core category or phenomenon. Context conditions included pregnancy/ birth conditions, problems related to family atmosphere, the impact of media and social networks, other child/ peer issues and social problems. Positive outcomes were the prevention and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, and negative outcomes were the suffering from this disorder and its symptoms.
