Investigating The Reliability and Validation of the Parental Bonding (PBI) in students Instrument

ابزار پيوند والديني (PBI) مقياسي بسيار كاربردي براي سنجش فرزندپروري ادراك شده است. در مورد دو يا سه عاملي بودن PBI ديدگاه‌هاي مختلفي وجود دارد و مطالعات اخير پنج ساختار عاملي متفاوت را پيشنهاد كرده‌ است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ضرايب پايايي الگوهاي PBI و شناخت الگوي مناسب اين ابزار در نمونه ايراني بود. شركت‌كنندگان پژوهش 256 دانش‌آموز دختر دبيرستاني بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه الگوهاي PBI در عوامل مراقبت داراي همساني دروني خوب و در ساير عوامل از همساني دروني قابل قبول و يا ضعيفي برخوردارند. همچنين، نتايج تحليل عامل تأييدي برازش قابل قبولي را براي ساختارهاي سه عاملي نشان داد. افزون بر اين، نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه در بين الگوهاي سه عاملي PBI ، الگوي كندلر برازنده داده‌هاست و به عنوان ابزاري قابل قبول در اندازه‌گيري روابط والد-فرزندي در جامعه دانش آموزان قابل استفاده است.

Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI), a widely used measure for assessing perceived parenting. There are different ideas about whether the PBI is a twofactor or a three-factor measure and recent studies have proposed five different factor structures. The aim of the current study was to survey of reliability coefficients of PBI models and identity of the model fit of PBI in Iranian population. The participants of this study were 256 female high school students who were selected by cluster multiple-stage random sampling method. The results indicate that PBI models in care factors had good internal consistency and in other factors had tolerable or weak internal consistency. Also, confirmatory factor analysis showed support for three-factor structures. Furthermore, results of this research indicate that among the three-factor models of PBI, the kendler model fitted the data and is a valid and reliable instrument of parent-child relationship for students.
