بررسي عوامل جمعيت شناختي و روانشناختي مؤثر بر اشتغال موفقيت آميز زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش سازمان بهزيستي و ارائه مدل توانمندسازي

Investigating the demographic and psychological factors affecting career success of household - headed females covered by the Welfare Organization and developing an empowerment model

زمينه: زندگي زنان سرپرست خانوار از جنبه­هاي مختلف اجتماعي و روانشناختي غالباً با مشكلات فراواني مواجه است. بررسي ­ها نشان از وجود مسائل روانشناختي در زمينه توانمندي زنان سرپرست خانوار دارد؛ بررسي عوامل جمعيت ­شناختي و روانشناختي و همچنين توانمندسازي اينگونه از زنان يك شكاف پژوهشي است. هدف: اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي عوامل جمعيت شناختي و روانشناختي مؤثر بر اشتغال موفقيت آميز زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش سازمان بهزيستي و ارائه مدل توانمندسازي براي اين زنان انجام شد. روش: روش اين پژوهش از نوع كمي و پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش سازمان بهزيستي در استان ­هاي تهران و البرز در سال‌هاي 1394 لغايت 1397 بود. تعداد 266 نفر از طريق روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي چند مرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي پژوهش پرسشنامه جمعيت شناختي، پرسشنامه شخصيتي نئو مك كري و كاستا (1985)، خلاقيت عابدي (1372)، هوش كتل (1994)، راهبردهاي كنارآمدن رضاخاني (1390) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نقش تربيتي والدين بودند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها بر حسب مورد از روش­هاي آماري مجذور خي، آزمون t، تحليل واريانس و رگرسيون لجستيك استفاده شد. يافته­ ها: نتايج نشان دادكه مؤلفه ­هاي خلاقيت 0/427 نقش تربيتي والدين 0/313، تحصيلات 0/287، وجداني بودن 0/340- و راهبرد هيجان محور 0/014- موفقيت شغلي زنان سرپرست خانوار را تبيين كردند (0/001≥p). همچنين يافته ­هاي اين پژوهش به يك مدل رياضي در توانمندسازي زنان سرپرست خانوار منتهي شد. نتيجه ­گيري: مي ­توان در اتخاذ تدابير مناسب در جهت ارتقاي توانمندي زنان سرپرست خانوارتحت پوشش سازمان بهزيستي از خلاقيت، نقش تربيتي والدين، تحصيلات وجداني بودن و راهبرد هيجان محور بهره جست.

Background: The life of household-headed females often face many problems in many social and psychological aspects. Studies have shown some psychological issues regarding the empowerment of household-headed females. Investigating demographic and psychological factors and empowering such women is a research gap. Aims: The present study aimed to investigate the demographic and psychological factors affecting career success of household-headed females covered by the Welfare Organization and to present an empowerment model for these women. Method: The method of this study was quantitative and survey. The statistical population of this study consisted of household-headed females covered by the Welfare Organization in Tehran and Alborz provinces during 2015-2018. 266 participants were selected through multi-stage random sampling. Research instruments were the demographic questionnaire, the McCree & Costa NEO Personality Questionnaire (1985), Abedi Creativity (1984), Cattell Intelligence (1994), Reza Khani Coping Strategies (2009), and researcher-made questionnaire on parenting role. Chi-square, t-test, analysis of variance, and logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results: The results showed that creativity (0/427), parenting role (0/313), education (0/287), conscientiousness (-0/340), and emotion-focused strategy (-0/014) explained career success of household-headed females (p≤0/001). The findings of the present study also led to a mathematical model of empowering household-headed females. Conclusions: Creativity, parenting role, education, conscientiousness, and emotion-focused strategy can be used to promote appropriate empowerment of household-headed females covered by the Welfare Organization.
