Investigating the Social Impact of Intelligence on Traffic Management

وسايل نقليه عمومي در كشور ما مي‌تواند به بخش مهمي از راهكار بهبود چالش‌هاي اقتصادي، انرژي و محيط‌ زيست باشد و كيفيت بهتري از زندگي براي ما به ارمغان آورد. يكي از نمودهاي پايين بودن تكنولوژي در ﺣﻤﻞ­وﻧﻘﻞ ﻫﻤﮕﺎﻧﻲ اخذ كرايه به روش­هاي سنتي بوده است. اخذ كرايه به روش­هاي سنتي در صنعت ﺣﻤﻞ­وﻧﻘﻞ مشكلات متعددي دارد كه از آن جمله مي­توان به اتلاف وقت و تأخير در زمان سفر اشاره كرد كه داراي تاثيرات اجتماعي بسياري است. از اين رو نياز به تغيير و تحول و ورود تكنولوژي­هاي جديد به اين عرصه بيش از پيش احساس مي­ شود. لذا هدف اين تحقيق بررسي موضوع تأثير به­كارگيري بليت الكترونيك در ارتقاء عملكرد ﺣﻤﻞ­و ﻧﻘﻞ عمومي شهري مي­باشد كه مي­تواند تاثيرات اجتماعي مثبتي نيز داشته باشد. در اين پژوهش ابتدا از هر يك از مسيرهاي سيدخندان تا تجريش (بليت كاغذي و پول) و مسير ميدان ونك تا تجريش (بليت الكترونيك) در ساعات اوج صبح و عصر و در روزهاي كاري متفاوت فيلم­برداري انجام شد. بعد از آن با استفاده از فيلم­ هاي ضبط شده اطلاعات مربوط به متغيرهاي زمان توقف استخراج گرديد. در مرحله بعدي بعد از بررسي اطلاعات از لحاظ آماري (ميانگين، واريانس و نرمال بودن يا نبودن داده­ ها) صورت گرفت. در ادامه براي هريك از مسير­ها مدل­هاي پيش­بيني زمان تاخير محاسبه و بهترين مدل با استفاده از آزمون­هاي برازندگي و همبستگي تعيين شد. در نهايت براي سنجش ميزان تغيير نحوه پرداخت از پول و بليت كاغذي به بليت الكترونيكي در مسير سيد خندان به تجريش بر روي زمان توقف شبيه سازي انجام شد. نتايج نشان مي­دهد كه يكي از موثرترين اقدامات براي افزايش رضايت مسافران، تغيير در نحوه پرداخت هزينه سفر است كه راه ­اندازي سيستم پرداخت الكترونيكي و اخذ هزينه در مقابل هر درب مي­ تواند منجر به كاهش طول زمان سوار شدن مسافران و در نتيجه كاهش زمان توقف شود.

Public vehicles in our country can be an important part of the solution to improve the economic, energy and environmental challenges and bring us a better quality of life. One of the manifestations of low technology in public transportation is the leasing in traditional ways. Getting a fair in traditional ways in the transportation industry has many problems, such as waste of time and delays in travel time, hence the need for the transformation and introduction of new technologies into this field. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of electronic ticketing on improving the performance of urban public transport. In this research, filming is done from each of Seyeddkhandan to Tajreish (paper and money tickets) routes and from Vanak Square to Tajreish (Electronic Ticket) at peak hours of the morning and evening and on different working days. After that, information about the time stops variables is extracted using the recorded videos. In the next stage, the data are analyzed statistically (mean, variance and normal or non-data). Then, for each of the paths, the latency prediction models are calculated and the best model is determined using fitness and correlation tests. Finally, to measure the change in how money and paper tickets are transferred to the electronic ticket on the path of Seyeddkhandan, it is done on the simulation stop time. The results show that the model 4 is more suitable than other models and has more adaptation than the actual delay time. an‎d one of the most effective measures that bus companies can do to increase passenger satisfaction is the change in how the travel costs are paid; setting up an electronic payment system and costing each one can lead to a reduction in the length of time passengers boarding and As a result, reduce stop time.
