بررسي منحني زيست محيطي كوزنتس در بخش حمل ‌و نقل جاده‌اي كشور با استفاده از روش ARDL

Investigation of Kuznets Environmental Curve in Road Transport Sector of Iran Using ARDL Method

بررسي آلودگي محيط­ زيست و عوامل تأثيرگذار بر آن از مباحث مهم در اقتصاد است. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي اثر رشد اقتصادي بر آلودگي محيط­ زيست در بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده­اي طي سال­ هاي 1368 تا 1394 است. از اين ‌رو ابتدا مباحث تئوريك اثرگذاري رشد اقتصادي بر آلودگي محيط ­زيست بررسي ‌شده، سپس اين موضوع از لحاظ تجربي در بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده ­اي موردبررسي قرار گرفته و منحني آلودگي زيست­ محيطي كوزنتس1 استخراج ‌شده است. همچنين با استفاده از نرم ­افزار Microfit و به ‌وسيله روش الگوي خود بازگشت با وقفه‌هاي توزيعي(ARDL) 2 به بررسي و تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده­ ها پرداخته‌شده است. نتايج حاصل از برآورد مدل نشان­ دهنده وجود رابطه مثبت بين متغيرهاي درآمد سرانه و آلودگي محيط­ زيست و رابطه منفي بين مربع درآمد سرانه و آلودگي محيط­ زيست در بخش حمل ­و نقل جاده­ اي مي­ باشد. لذا فرضيه زيست­ محيطي كوزنتس در بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده­ اي كشور صادق بوده و هم­چنين نقطه برگشت منحني نشان مي­دهد كه بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده ­اي ايران هنوز به نقطه برگشت منحني زيست­محيطي كوزنتس نرسيده است. همچنين بين مصرف فرآورده ­هاي نفتي و آلودگي محيط ­زيست در بخش حمل­ و نقل جاده­ اي نيز رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. لذا با توجه به نتايج پژوهش پيشنهاد مي ­گردد كه سياست‌ گذاري‌هاي لازم براي حركت به سمت تكنولوژي­ هاي سبز و پاك صورت پذيرد چرا كه باعث خواهد شد كشور در مسير رشد پايدار قرار گيرد.

Environmental pollution is one of the factors affecting it and it is one of the important issues in the economy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of economic growth on environmental pollution in the transportation sector during the years 1368 to 1394. Therefore, firstly the theoretical discussions on the effect of economic growth on environmental pollution have been investigated, then this issue has been empirically investigated in the road transport sector and the Kuznets 1 environmental contamination curve has been extracted. Also, Microfit software has been used to analyze and analyze the data using the Distributed Disturbance Pattern (ARDL) pattern. The results of estimating the model indicate that there is a positive relationship between per capita income and environmental pollution and the negative relationship between per capita income and environmental pollution in the transportation sector. Therefore, Kuznets' environmental hypothesis is true in the country's road transport sector, and also the curve return point shows that Iran's road transport sector has not yet reached the point of return to the Kuznets environmental curve. There is also a positive correlation between the use of oil products and environmental pollution in the road transport sector. Therefore, according to the results of the study, it is suggested that the policies necessary to move towards green and clean technologies will be made as it will lead the country to a sustainable growth path.
