Comparison of memory performance in normal and addicts individuals

مقدمه: با توجه به تاثير حافظه در همه جنبه هاي زندگي و تاثير پذيري آن از مصرف مواد مخدر اين پژوهش با هدف مقايسه عملكرد حافظه در افراد معتاد و سالم انجام پذيرفت.روش: روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع علي-مقايسه اي مي باشد. به همين منظور 100 نفر از افراد معتاد تحت پوشش اداره بهزيستي آذربايجان شرقي به شيوه در دسترس و 100 نفر از افراد عادي با استفاده از همتاسازي انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه حافظه گذشته نگر و آينده نگر(PRMQ) پاسخ دادند. داده هاي بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 18 و آزمون تحليل واريانس چند متغيره تحليل شدند.يافته­ها: نتايج تحليل نشان داد كه تفاوت معناداري بين افراد معتاد و افراد عادي در تخريب عملكرد حافظه كلي، گذشته نگر، آينده نگر،بلند مدت وكوتاه مدت، وجود دارد.نتيجه گيري: استفاده از مواد تاثيرات مخرب و جبران ناپذيري به قسمت هاي از مغز كه در عملكرد حافظه نقش دارند مي گذارد و همين مساله باعث عملكرد ضعيف افراد معتاد در حافظه مي شود.

Cognitive function included wide range of perceptions,memory and complex cognitive operations. Due to the memory effect at all aspects of life and unaffected by of drugs the aim of this study is comparison of memory function in normal and addicts individuals. The Method of This study is descriptive and Causal-comparative. Therefore 100 addicts under the East Azarbaijane Behzisti organization where selected in available sampling and 100 normal individual Using matching method where selected and responded the Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire (PRMQ) Data obtained analyzed by using SPSS software, and multivariate analysis of variance tests. The results showed there a significant difference is between the addicts and normal people at long-term memory, short-term memory, prospective memory, retrospective memory ,and general memory. drug addiction creates devastating and irreparable effects to parts of the brain play a role in memory function and this issue is causing poor performance in the memory of addiction.
