بررسي احساس برخورداري از حقوق شهروندي در معلمان و رابطه آن با شادكامي

Investigating the Feelings of security in possessing citizenship rights in Teachers and Their Relation to Happiness

مقدمه:اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي ميزان احساس برخورداري از حقوق شهروندي و رابطه آن با شادكامي معلمان انجام گرديد. روش:روش پژوهش توصيفي-همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري همه معلمان شهر بردخون بود كه يك نمونه 78 نفري از ميان آنها به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شد. براي اندازه گيري احساس برخورداري معلمان از حقوق شهروندي از پرسشنامه سام آرام و برزگر(1395) و براي اندازه گيري شادكامي آنان از پرسشنامه آكسفورد(2001) استفاده شد. روايي و پايايي اين پرسشنامه ها توسط محقق تعيين شد. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان داد كه ميانگين احساس برخورداري از حقوق شهروندي در معلمان بالاتر از متوسط(24/3) است، ميزان احساس برخورداري از حقوق شهروندي، همبستگي مثبت معناداري(65/0) با شادكامي معلمان دارد. ميزان برخورداري از حقوق فرهنگي بالاترين تاثير را در نمره شادكامي دارد و ميزان برخورداري از حقوق اجتماعي و ميزان برخورداري از حقوق مدني به ترتيب در رتبه دوم و سوم از نظر تاثير بر شادكامي مي باشند. نتيجه گيري: احساس برخورداري از حقوق شهروندي در بهبود شادكامي معلمان نقش اساسي دارد.

Introduction: The sense of possessing citizenship rights can create sense of satisfaction and happiness in individuals. this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the sense of possessing citizenship rights with the happiness of teachers. Methods: The method of this research was descriptive- correlational type. The statistical population were all teachers in the city of bordkhon, with a sample of 78 of them selected through simple random sampling. Sam Aram & Barzegar questionnaire(2016) was used to measure sense of possessing citizenship rights. Oxford 's questionnaire(2001) was used to measure happiness. Validity and reliability were investigated by the researchers. Results: According to research findings, the level of sense of possessing citizenship rights in teachers seems to be moderate(3.24). Regarding the obtained correlation coefficient, it can be said that the sense of possessing citizenship rights have a positive significant correlation with teachers' happiness(0.65). Based on the results of multivariate regression, the rate of possessing of cultural rights has the highest impact on happiness score, the rate of possessing of social rights and the degree of possessing of civil rights are second and third respectively, in terms of impact on happiness. Conclusion: The sense of possessing citizenship rights plays an essential role in improving the happiness of teachers.
