The Application of Artificial Neural Networks in Estimating the Velocity of Induction Motor

The use of Artificial Neural Network for estimation of induction motor velocity is done by two methods. In the first method ANN has been trained in advance and therefore is only an estimation. While in the second method, ANN acts as an Intelligent adoption and the training algorithm acts as an adaptive mechanism. In this paper the two methods have been simulated and the performances of them have been compared.
