آزمون نقش ميانجي هوش عاطفي در رابطه بين سرمايه روانشناختي و كارگريزي شغلي

The mediating role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between psychological capital and job loafing

اين پژوهش با هدف آزمون نقش ميانجي هوش عاطفي در رابطه بين سرمايه روان شناختي و كارگريزي شغلي انجام شد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، بنيادي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري تمامي 120 كارمند دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد بجنورد مي باشد. بر اساس جدول كرجسي-مورگان 92 نفربه شيوه تصادفي ساده بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش عبارتست از پرسشنامه سرمايه روان شناختي لوتانز (2007) با 24 گويه و پرسشنامه هوش عاطفي گلادسون (2009) با 20 گويه و پرسشنامه كارگريزي شغلي رافعيان (1392) با 10 گويه كه داراي روايي صوري و محتوايي بودند. پايايي بوسيله آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 0/81، 0/88 و 0/71 بدست آمد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS 18 و PLS استفاده شد. با توجه به مقدار بدست آمده براي GOF به ميزان 0.257، برازش مناسب مدل كلي تأييد مي شود. مقدار ضريب مسير ميان سرمايه روان شناختي و هوش عاطفي 0/64 است. مقدار ضريب مسير بين هوش عاطفي و كارگريزي شغلي 0/61- است. يافته ها نشان داد بين سرمايه روان شناختي و كارگريزي شغلي با نقش ميانجي هوش عاطفي رابطه وجود دارد.

This research examined the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between psychological capital and job loafing. The research is in terms of purpose, fundamental and with correlation type. The statistical population consisted of 120 employees of Islamic Azad University, Bojnourd Branch According to the Krejsi-Morgan table, 92 people were selected by simple random method. Data were collected by questionnaires. The Luthans Psychological Capital (2007) with (α = 0.814) and Gladson (2009) emotional intelligence questionnaire with (α = 0.888) and the Rafeian job loafing Questionnaire (2013) with (α = 0.710) that had formal and content validity. SPSS 18 and PLS software were used to analyze the data. Regarding the value obtained for the GOF at 0.257, the appropriate fit for the general model is confirmed. The amount of path coefficient between psychological capital and emotional intelligence is 0.64. The amount of path coefficient between emotional intelligence and occupational work is -0.61. The findings show that there is a relationship between the psychological capital and job loafing with the role of mediator of emotional intelligence.
